Chain supermarket distribution
According to the demand information of supermarket stores, the purchased materials are unloaded, classified, divided into buildings, assigned, reviewed, processed, delivered and information processed.
Distribution management system
The application management system that uses modern information technology and means to collect, process, store, transmit and exchange distribution business information usually includes order management, vehicle allocation plan, route optimization, cargo loading, cargo tracking and other management functions. 3.3

6 Distribution
6.1 Order verification
Before the operation starts, the relevant information on the building division list should be carefully checked, including: 1. Store code and name;

6.2 Sorting

6.2.1 After completing the sorting operation of a store, the whole-piece sorter should place the goods neatly on the corresponding collection position of the store, and then proceed to the sorting operation of the next store.
6.2.2 After completing the freezing operation of a store, the unpacking and freezing staff should place the logistics box, the whole-piece goods, and the unpacking list together in the corresponding location.
6.3 Verification
The staff should search and unpack and verify the items according to the information on the unpacking list. 6.4 Collection
After unpacking and verifying the items, the collection staff should pull the unpacking list and the goods to the collection position of the store and collect the whole-piece and unpacked goods.
7 Outbound
7.1 Dispatching vehicles
The shipping supervisor shall formulate a dispatching plan and a driving route according to the number of goods delivered by the store. 7.1.2 Transport vehicles shall be used exclusively for their intended purpose and shall not be shipped in the same vehicle with any dangerous goods. 7.1.3 The shipping supervisor shall check the condition of the carriage before loading and ensure that the transport carriage meets the following requirements: a)

7.2 Cargo order verification
7.2.1 The warehouse manager shall formulate and issue the outbound order based on the order information. 7.2.2 The distribution center manager shall complete the handover work with the loading personnel based on the outbound order information to ensure that the variety, model, and quantity of the goods are clearly stated in each order.
7.3 Loading
7.3.1 Loaders shall load in an orderly manner according to the distribution route arrangement. 7.3.2 When loading items, the principle of "big items should not be placed on small items, and heavy items should not be placed on light items" shall be followed. Liquid items shall not be placed upside down or tilted, and fragile and easily contaminated items shall be placed in categories.

7.3.3 When loading, it is advisable to use a handheld terminal (RF) to scan the label and check the number of items on the distribution pallet. For single items on a single pallet, they should be checked one by one, and any abnormalities should be reported in a timely manner.
7.3.4 After loading, the shipment quantity and the remainder shall be checked, and the type, model, quantity, and product quality status of the loaded goods shall be mutually verified with the transportation personnel. After confirmation, both parties shall sign on the delivery order and feedback the original voucher to the relevant personnel in a timely manner. 7.4 Sealing the vehicle
7.4.1 After the loading operation is completed, the relevant personnel shall check the number of pallets, lock the doors and seal the vehicle with seals after confirming that there are no abnormalities. 7.4.2 The sealing personnel shall record the seal number and complete the sealing after verification. 7.5 Verification and release
After the sealing is confirmed, the distribution management system will generate the corresponding waybill and hand it over to the driver. The driver will check the waybill and then start the vehicle for delivery. 8 In-transit transportation
8.1 During transportation, the driver shall drive safely according to traffic regulations. It is advisable to turn on the positioning system during transportation to facilitate real-time dispatch and monitoring. 8.2 During transportation, it is not allowed to bring people who are not related to work on board privately, and it is not allowed to carry items that are not related to business. 8.3 In case of unexpected situations during transportation, they should be handled in accordance with the emergency plan. 8.4 Frozen and refrigerated goods should comply with the requirements of GB/T28577 during transportation. 9 Delivery
9.1 Checking the store's cargo list
9.1.1 The driver shall arrive at the agreed time, park the truck at the store's designated receiving area as required, and provide the outbound packing list and supermarket store order.
9.1.2 The store checks the cargo information on the cargo list and arranges acceptance. 9.2 Unloading acceptance
9.2.1 When unloading, the outer boxes of the loaded goods should be checked. For obviously abnormal goods with damp outer boxes, odors or sounds, the outer boxes should be unpacked and checked in person.
9.2.2 When unloading, the goods should be handled with care. Frozen and refrigerated goods should be unloaded in accordance with the requirements of GB/T28577. 9.2.3 After unloading, valuable and fragile goods should be inspected first. 9.3 Receipt of goods
9.3.1 After the inspection is completed, the driver should promptly hand over the goods to the store's receiving staff and sign for confirmation. 9.3.2 The driver should count and inspect the returned goods, record the damage on the accompanying documents and ask the store to sign and confirm. 9.4 Return handover
After the driver has completed the handover, he shall return the relevant documents and returns and sign for confirmation. 10 Information management guarantee

10.2 The distribution information system should be targeted at the entire process of commodity distribution, sorting, transportation and delivery, and realize the informatization, visualization and intelligence of the logistics distribution operation process through transportation scheduling, intelligent loading, in-transit tracking, comprehensive management and other functions. 10.3 During the distribution process, relevant personnel should comprehensively record all kinds of information to achieve the traceability of distribution logistics operations. Handheld terminal devices should be used during outbound and delivery operations to ensure the effective connection of distribution center and store information. 10.4 Develop measures to ensure data security and information security emergency plans. 11 Evaluation and improvement
