Introduction to standards:

JB/T 6015-2000 This standard is a revision of JB/T 6015-1992 "Diesel Engine Low Pressure Oil Hose and Joints". The end-face hose assembly (type D) was added during the revision. This standard specifies the structural type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of diesel engine low-pressure oil hose components. This standard is applicable to low-pressure press-fit cotton braided or wound hose components for diesel engines with a cylinder diameter within 200mm. Diesel and engine oil are used as the medium. The basic pressure is 1~1.6MPa. The medium temperature is not higher than 100°C and the use environment is friendly. The temperature should not be lower than -40℃. This standard was first released as GB 3542-83 in March 1983 and revised for the first time as JB/T 6015-92 in May 1992. Foreword
This standard is a revision of JB/T6015-92 "Diesel Engine Low-pressure Oil Hose and Joints". During the revision, editorial changes were made to the original standard, and an end-face hose assembly (type D) was added to Chapter 3 Structural Type. The main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/T6015-92 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is an appendix to the standard.
This standard is proposed and coordinated by the National Internal Combustion Engine Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, Shanghai Second Vehicle Parts Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Zhai Junming, Wang Wenxiang, Chen Linshan. This standard was first published in March 1983 and revised for the first time in May 1992. 1 Scope
