3.1 Material requirements
3.1.1 The selected powder coating shall comply with the technical standards and requirements of the relevant materials. The powder coating shall be inspected and qualified and have a certificate of conformity. When necessary, an instruction manual and precautions shall be attached. 3.1.2 The environmental conditions and time of use of the material shall comply with the technical requirements of the material. 3.1.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the powder coating according to the provisions of the standard :If the quality is found not to meet the standard technical requirements, the supply and demand parties shall re-sample and re-inspect according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the standard requirements, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return the product.
3.2 Surface quality requirements for workpieces to be sprayed
The surface of metal products is not allowed to have burrs, nodules, molding sand, welding slag and welding spatter, oil stains, hungry spots and other defects that affect the decorative or protective quality.
3.3 Workpiece pre-treatment quality requirements
3.3.1 Unless otherwise specified, the quality requirements for degreasing, rust removal and chemical rust removal shall comply with the requirements of SJ/T10674 for degreasing quality level 1, and the rust removal quality level shall not be greater than 2.3.3.2 Iron and steel parts that require phosphating before spraying shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T6807. 3.3.3 For aluminum parts that require chemical conversion film treatment before spraying, the chemical conversion film should have a certain thickness. The thickness of the chemical conversion film should be controlled within the range of 200mlg/m2~~300mg/m2 (determined by weight method). 3.3.4 The quality of workpieces that undergo chemical treatment or electroplating should comply with the quality requirements in SJ1276. The heat resistance of the metal coating and chemical treatment layer should meet the requirements of powder electrostatic spray curing temperature and time. 3.3.5 When the casting is to be painted, it should be pre-heated and baked for a sufficient time to ensure that the residual moisture and other volatiles in the tiny gaps and defects on the casting are fully removed.
3.3.6 Visually inspect the painted parts that have undergone surface pretreatment again and eliminate the defects and defects found. 3.3.7 Use purified compressed air or a metal brush to remove the residues remaining on the substrate surface in the above process. 3.3.8 After surface pretreatment, powder electrostatic spraying should be carried out within the time specified in the process document. If spraying cannot be done in time for some reason, effective measures should be taken to prevent the quality of pre-treatment from decreasing. If the treatment quality is found to be not in compliance with the regulations before spraying, it should be re-processed to make it meet the requirements. 3.4 Spraying equipment and safety requirements
Powder electrostatic spraying equipment should meet the technical requirements of JB/T7504-1994. Use an oil-free air compressor and an air dryer to ensure that the compressed air for powder supply is oil-free and water-free. The safety of the powder electrostatic spraying process should meet the requirements of GBT15607-1995 and GB14773-1993.
3.5 Spraying process requirements
3.5. tShielding treatment
For the parts that are not sprayed, shielding treatment should be performed before spraying. 3.5.2 Preheating
For the workpieces that require preheating, the preheating temperature is determined according to the temperature recommended by each powder coating manufacturer. The preheating temperature should be slightly higher than the melting temperature of the plastic powder coating. The preheating time should be determined by the size and thickness of the workpiece. The preheating temperature of the workpiece with a large surface area should be 30℃~50℃ higher than the melting temperature of the plastic.
3.5.3 Coating
: 3.5.3.1 When spraying, the output voltage range should be selected according to the size and geometric shape of the workpiece. Coating should be completed in one operation to ensure that the coating reaches the required thickness and uniformity, and avoid uneven coating thickness and color difference. 3.5.3.2 In order to maintain a good "static adsorption" effect, the grounding hook should be deplasticized after spraying for a period of time. 3.5. 4 Coating curing
The curing temperature and time should be carried out in accordance with the process regulations. Under the same curing conditions, products with the same batch number and the same series should use powder coating produced by the same batch number to avoid color difference. 3.5.5 Rework of defective coating
Workpieces with coating defects are allowed to be re-coated and cured after the surface is polished evenly. For workpieces that cannot be reworked by the above method, the coating shall be removed with a paint stripper, the surface shall be re-treated, and the coating shall be cured according to the requirements of 3.5. 3.6 Performance requirements of coating
3.6.1 Appearance of coating
When inspected according to the provisions of 4.2.1, the appearance of the coating shall be neat, smooth, and free of bubbles. Slightly uniform orange peel is allowed. When inspected according to the provisions of 4.2.2, the gloss value of the coating shall be consistent with the requirements of the contract or design documents. For high-gloss products with a gloss value greater than 80 gloss units, the allowable deviation shall not exceed ±10 gloss units, and the allowable deviation for other products is ±7 gloss units. 3.6.3 Color and color difference of coating
When inspected according to the provisions of 4.2.1, the color of the coating shall be basically consistent with the selected sample or color plate. If measured by instrument, the color difference E between the coating of single-color powder and the standard color plate shall not exceed 1.5. The color difference △E between the same batch of products shall not exceed 1.5. 3.6.4 Thickness of coating
According to 4.2.When measuring the thickness of the coating according to the 3 standard, the thickness of the coating should meet the requirements of the design and process documents. The maximum peripheral thickness on the coating surface should generally not exceed 120μ, and the minimum local thickness should not be less than 40μ. Some parts have complex shapes, and some surfaces (such as internal angles, transverse grooves, etc.) are lower than the specified values, but the bottom exposure phenomenon is not allowed. 3.6.5 Hardness of coating

3.6.16 Mildew resistance of coating
After the test specified in 4.2.15, the surface length of the coating should not be greater than Grade 2. 3.7 Coating mark

4 Test method
4.1 Preparation of test sample
4.1.1 Selection of test sample
Metal materials specified in GB/T1727 can be used, and the same materials as those to be coated can also be used. If there is no special provision, the size of the test sample shall be 70 mmX150 mm×1 mm.
4.1.2 Coating preparation
The temperature of substrate preheating and coating curing shall be selected according to the recommended value of the powder manufacturer. Keep the sprayed sample vertical and put it in an oven for curing. After leaving it at room temperature for 24 hours, the performance test can be carried out according to the operating steps in each test method. 4.2 Inspection items
4.2.1 Color, color difference and appearance of the coating
It shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T9761-1988. In general, the standard method is used to check against the standard color plate. Monochrome coating When cutting, use a colorimeter and measure according to the provisions of GBT11186.2-1989. 4.2.2 Determination of gloss of coating
Use a light tester to measure according to the provisions of GB/T9754-1988. When using a sample that meets the gloss requirements, it should be compared with the coating being tested under the same illumination conditions. 4.2.3 Determination of coating thickness
Measure according to the provisions of GB/F1764.
4.2.4 Hardness of coating
According to GB/T 6739 4.2.5 Adhesion of coating
The coating shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB9286-1998. Use the specified tool to scratch two groups of mutually perpendicular lines in the longitudinal and transverse directions on the surface of the coating, with six lines in each group, and the depth reaches the surface of the substrate to form 25 squares. Use the tape sticking method to check whether the coating has fallen off and conduct an assessment.

4.2.6 Impact resistance test method of coating
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1732. The test plate thickness is 1.0mm and the state is H24 or -14 pure aluminum plate. The plate coating should be made on the same production line as the product. The punch diameter used is 16mm. The heavy hammer is freely dropped at the height of the cone to directly impact the coating surface (positive impact) to produce a pit with a depth of 2.5mm±0.3mm. Observe the changes in the pit and the silt layer on the edge. 4.2.7 Cupping test method
Test according to the provisions of GBT9753, and the test plate is prepared according to the method of 4.2.6. 4.2.8 Bending test method
Test according to the provisions of GB/F6742, and the test plate is prepared according to the method of 4.2.6. The size of the test plate is 150mm×50mm: 4.2.9 Acid resistance test method of coating
Immerse 23% of the sample area in a sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 0.5mol and a temperature of 20℃~-25℃. Take it out after 24h, wash it with water, and place it at room temperature for 2h to check the acid resistance quality of the coating. 4.2.10 Alkali resistance test method for coating
2/3 of the sample area is immersed in a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 0.1mol and a temperature of 20℃~25℃. After 24 hours, take it out, wash it with water, and place it at room temperature for 2 hours to check the alkali resistance quality of the coating. 4.2.11 Solvent resistance test method

Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of GJB150.5-1986. Different high and low temperature values ​​are selected according to different environmental conditions of the coating layer. The exposure time under high and low temperature is 30min. The switching time is 2min~3min. After five cycles, the test sample should be taken out of the high temperature box, restored at room temperature for 2h, and the temperature change resistance of the coating surface should be checked.
4.2.13 Moisture and heat resistance of coating
The moisture and heat resistance of coating shall be tested in accordance with GB1740. 4.2.14 Salt spray resistance of coating
Tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1771 salt spray test method. Take out at the specified time, wash with water, place at room temperature for 2h, and make an appearance inspection by visual inspection.
4.2.15 Mildew resistance of coating
