Some standard content:

YB/T4115---2003
This standard is formulated on the basis of YB/T007-1991 "Appendix B3 Test Method for Air Flow of Refractory Products for Continuous Casting Aluminum Carbon Refractory Products (Air Method)". The main difference is the result calculation. This standard corrects the measured flow rate indicated by the flowmeter according to the temperature and pressure of the gas during the measurement, and the reported result is the air flow under standard conditions.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Refractory Materials. The main drafting units of this standard are: Luoyang Refractory Materials Research Institute, Qingdao Shuangying Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Peng Xigao, Qu Xuebin, Dong Wenquan. I
1 Scope
Test method for air flow of functional refractory materials
This standard specifies the test method for air flow of functional refractory materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of air flow of functional refractory materials such as air-permeable bricks for ladles and water nozzles for continuous casting. 2 Normative references

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Gasflow
The amount of dry air passing through the product per unit time under working conditions. Expressed as volume flow under standard conditions. 3.2
Standard state
The state under temperature of 20℃ and absolute pressure of 0.101325MPa. 4 Principle
Dry gas passes through the product or its permeable part under the specified pressure difference, and the flow rate and temperature are recorded and converted into the ventilation volume under standard conditions.
5 Equipmentwww.bzxz.net
The ventilation volume measurement device is shown in Figure 1.
5.1 Gas source, compressed air is supplied by an air compressor. 5.2 Gas storage tank, nominal volume ≥1.5m2, working pressure 1.5MPa. 5.3 Gas-water separator, equipped with filter material, the filter material should be replaced regularly. 5.4 Pressure reducing valve, pressure reducing range 1.6MPa~0MPa. 5.5 Pressure gauge, measuring range:
Pressure gauge 3a0MPa~1.5MPa, accuracy level 2.5; pressure gauge 3b0MPa~~1MPa, accuracy level 2.5. 5.6 Temperature indicator, measuring range 0℃~50℃. 5.7 Rotor flowmeter, medium is air, flow range 6m/h~60m2/h, accuracy level 2.5, working pressure 1.0MPa. 1

7 Procedure
7.1 Open the gas source.
Figure 1 Schematic diagram of ventilation measurement device
7.2 Open the regulating valve 4a to make the pressure maintained by the pressure gauge 3a higher than the specified test pressure. 7.3 Open the regulating valve 4b and adjust the pressure reducing valve 6 to make the pressure gauge 3b reach the specified pressure. 7.4 Check the air tightness of the measuring device. Seal the sample connecting pipe, open the regulating valve 4c, close 4b, and if the pressure of the pressure gauge 3b does not decrease within 2 minutes, it is considered that the measuring device is leak-free. 7.5 Connect the sample conduit to the sample connecting pipe. 7.6 Open the regulating valves 4b and 4c, and record the flow rate of the rotor flowmeter, the pressure of the pressure gauge 3b and the temperature of the temperature indicator. 8 Result calculation
8.1 The ventilation under standard conditions is calculated according to formula (1) in cubic meters per hour (m2/h). Q = Q. · (P//P)1/2.(T./T)1/2 = Kp· Kr ·Q. In the formula:
Q1—gas flow rate under working condition converted to ventilation volume under standard condition; Qo
flow meter indicated flow rate, unit is cubic meter/hour (m/h); absolute pressure of gas under working condition (i.e., gauge pressure of 3b + 0.101325MPa); P. —absolute pressure of gas under standard condition, P. =0.101325MPa; T
absolute temperature of gas under working condition (i.e., temperature indicated by temperature indicator + 273.15), unit is Kelvin (K); (1)
T. —absolute temperature of gas under standard condition, T. =273.15K; Kp——pressure correction coefficient of gas;
K —temperature correction coefficient of gas.
8.2 Gas pressure correction coefficient Kp, see Table 1. 3 Gas temperature correction coefficient KT, see Table 2. 8.3
The ventilation volume is expressed in integers, and the numerical rounding is carried out in accordance with GB/T8170. Table 1 Gas pressure correction coefficient
