This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Document Imaging Technology (SA/TC86) and is under the jurisdiction of the Sixth Branch of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Document Imaging Technology. The drafters of this standard are Wu Zhuqing and Xiao Yun. This standard is published for the first time.
GB/T 19476--2004
This standard is formulated to simplify the output of hard copies of engineering drawings on various types of printers, microfilm plotters and other devices. Since electronic image files can be stored in different formats, such as TIFF, CALS and HPGL (see Appendix A for examples of standard image file types), and with the increase in the use of networked hard copy devices, many vendors have specified special headers or installation command strings in various ways, so such a standard is very necessary. This standard also aims to simplify the operation of adding new output devices to existing systems. This standard provides information on installing drawing control files, which include: (1) copying of image data files so that hard copies can be produced, and (2) pointers to the location of image data files so that the output device itself can retrieve the image data when the copy is produced. In either case, the original image data files are stored in the drawing database for future use. This standard also provides information on installing any job control files. This job control file can group multiple drawing control files together and process them as a single job. Using the job control file, multiple drawing stacks can be worked on simultaneously and can be titled with a title page if necessary. This standard also provides Chinese equivalents to the English drawing control files and job control files to facilitate the Chinese translation of hard copy engineering drawings produced on various types of printers, microfilm plotters and other output devices. 1 Scope Engineering drawing hard copy output Control file structure specification This standard specifies the structure of electronic image control files when outputting engineering drawings. This standard applies to different types of hard copy output devices. GB/T 19476--2004 Since different devices can have different characteristics depending on their complexity and specific use, this standard does not specify minimum requirements for hard copy output devices.

b) Fold Type - Specifies the way it should be folded c) Punch Type - Specifies the way it should be folded if punching is required for binding; d) Rolling - Automatically rolls the drawing; e) Banner Page generates a title before the current drawing f) Banner Text Line (n) BannerTextLine (n>—Specifies the last line of text printed on the title page l. 6 Multiple Selections
Some situations limit the file's entry date to select one from two or more options. The "Entry Type" column in Table 1 lists the parameters as text options. Table 2 lists the options for the entry type and gives the assumed default values for the default entry options. 7 Set of drawings
7.1 Overview
If only one set of drawings is needed, the wearer needs to generate multiple sets of drawings by continuously generating drawing control files. All of the above drawing control files are necessary. In order to generate a set of distributed drawings, some output devices can use distribution technology or sorting technology. In order to support these features, a packaging file needs to be defined, namely the "job control file\(job control The file shall include a number of drawing control files, each file being associated with a given drawing in a set of drawings; it shall also include information on the layout and binding of these sets of drawings.
Table 3 describes the job control file and its structure. The syntax and variable types of the file are the same as those specified in 4.2 and 4.4 of the drawing control file. The job control file header shall begin with the segmentation key JOBCONTR(I.FII.FI (job control file) and end with the segmentation key LEND OF JOB CONTROL FILEI (job control file end policy). After the end segmentation key, one or more drawing control file headers shall follow. For examples of job control files, see Appendix D. 7. 2 Job control file attributes
a) Number of Files~Specifies the number of drawing control files used to generate or collate drawings; b) Collation arranges the specified drawings in order into sets; c) Set CopyCountSpecifies the number of copies of the drawing generated by the specified file. Note that in this setting, some drawing control files can themselves define multiple copies of individual drawings. In this case, the total number of sets of copies generated should be the product of the number of copies generated by the drawing control file, the number of copies of the image file, and the number of sets of copies set in this attribute; d) Set Order
Sets the processing order of drawing control files in a set. When this parameter is set to SIZE (size) or MEDIA, the drawing files will be processed in increasing order of drawing size or output drawings by drawing media type. If Coliatin (order) is set (on), this order will be maintained in each set sorting. If the set order is not specified, the drawing will be drawn according to the color sequence of the drawing file: GB/T 19476--2004
