Peel strength: According to (532-76).
Test piece preparation: Take 5 pieces of the film carefully selected according to the specifications, weigh them in turn, and then lay them flat on the operating table. Use a brush to filter the mixture and evenly apply it on the film. The amount should be moderate, so that the entire adhesive layer is evenly applied. After the glue coating is completed, wait for the solvent to evaporate. When the film is not too sticky when touched by hand, fold the film in half and glue it together. Press it flat to prevent curling and cracking. Then weigh it in turn. Change the glue coating amount to about 0.4-0.7%. Finally, hang the glued test piece in a dry and ventilated place. Leave it for 24 hours. Note: (i) The test piece should be dry, clean and flat. Glue removal and bonding require quick and accurate actions. ③ Leave 2cm of space on both sides of the test piece.
III. Acceptance rules
7. This product shall be accepted by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate.
8. During acceptance, samples shall be taken from 5% of the total number of packaging boxes in each batch. When the number of students is small, the sample shall be less than 4 boxes.
9 Take 5 grams from each box, 20 grams from each bottle, so that the total weight of each sampling is not less than 400 grams. 10: Mix the samples evenly, divide them into two parts, put them into two sterile bottles with magic stoppers, and affix labels to indicate the product name, factory name, batch number, and sampling date. ,≤11. IV. Packaging, transportation and storage
13. Adhesives should be packed in clean, dry, sealed containers with polyethylene inner stoppers. The container should be labeled with: product name, manufacturer name, production date. 14. This adhesive should be stored in a dry, cool, heat-insulated warehouse and should be kept away from direct sunlight. 15. Under the condition of sealing the original bottle, the storage period is one year. If the product still meets the various quality indicators of the standard after the storage period, it is still a qualified product. 16. When transporting the product, it should prevent bacteria growth and moonlight, and should comply with the transportation regulations of the transportation department on flammable goods.
