3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements

Types and basic parameters
3.1.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 All parts shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, otherwise they shall be tested and assayed and can only be used after passing the test. 3.1.3 All cast iron parts, steel castings, forgings and welded parts shall comply with the current standards. Under the premise of ensuring quality, defects that do not affect use and appearance may be repaired in accordance with the prescribed technical documents. After welding, the internal stress of the welding repair shall be eliminated. 3.2 Main parts
3.2.1 Main shaft, driven shaft
3.2.1.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of 45 steel in GB/T699, normalized after forging, and the hardness shall be 187~229HB. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on 1999-06-28 and implemented on 2000-01-01

3.2.1.2 After rough machining, ultrasonic flaw detection shall be carried out according to the third level specified in JB4730. 3.2.1.3 After quenching and tempering, the hardness shall be 220~250HB. 3.2.1.4 The cylindricity and surface roughness of the shaft diameter D, D, and the circular runout of the axis D to both ends D (see Figure 1 and Figure 2) shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

3.2.2.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of ZG310-570 steel in GB/T11352. 3.2.2.2 After rough machining, normalizing treatment shall be carried out, and the tooth surface hardness shall be 187-229HB. The tooth surface is not allowed to have defects such as shrinkage, pores and slag inclusions. 3.2.2.3
Circular runout tolerance
3.2.2.4 For cylindrical gears used in vertical drive machines, the ring gear thickness shall be uniform, and its deviation shall not exceed 8% of the thickness. mm
3.2.2.5 Tooth surface roughness, for cylindrical gears (for vertical drive machines), the gear processing accuracy shall not be lower than 9-9-8-JL in GB/T10095, and the large bevel gears (for horizontal drive machines) shall meet the requirements of the drawings. 3.2.3 The material of the groove wheel
shall meet the requirements of ZG270-500 steel in GB/T11352. 3.2.3.1
3.2.3.2 The inner hole accuracy shall meet the requirements of H8 in GB/T1801, roughness. The cylindricality of the inner hole shall meet the requirements of Grade 8 in GB/T1184. 3.2.3.3
The circular runout of the positioning step that matches the gear shall meet the requirements of Grade 9 in GB/T1184. 3.2.4 Clamp wheel
3.2.4.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of ZG310-570 steel in GB/T11352. 2

3.2.4.2 The inner hole accuracy shall comply with the provisions of H8 in GB/T1801, roughness. 3.2.4.3 The cylindricity of the inner hole shall comply with the provisions of Grade 8 in GB/T1184. 3.2.4.4 The circular runout of the positioning step that matches the gear shall comply with the provisions of Grade 9 in GB/T1184. 3.2.5 Pinion
3.2.5.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of ZG310-570 steel in GB/T11352. 3.2.5.2
After quenching and tempering treatment, the tooth surface hardness is 220~250HB. The tooth surface is not allowed to have defects such as shrinkage holes, pores and slag inclusions. 3.2.5.4
The thickness of the gear ring should be uniform, and its deviation should not exceed 5% of the thickness. 3.2.5.5
The machining accuracy of the gear should not be lower than 99-8-HK in GB/T10095, and the tooth surface roughness is. 3.2.6
The material of the small bevel gear should comply with the provisions of 42SiMn steel in GB/T3077. 3.2.6.1
After quenching and tempering, the tooth surface hardness is 240~270HB. 3.2.6.3 The machining accuracy of the gear should comply with the requirements of the drawing, and the tooth surface roughness is. 3.2.6.4 The cylindricity of the inner hole should comply with the provisions of Grade 8 in GB/T1184. 3.2.7 Clamp
3.2.7.1 The forged blank of the clamp shall be normalized, with a hardness of 187~229HB3.2.7.2 The clamp block shall be quenched and tempered after rough machining, with a hardness of 220~250HB3.2.7.3 The arc surface in contact with the wire rope and the clamp wheel and the arc surface in contact with the clamp wheel shall be surface quenched after fine machining, with a hardness of 40-48HRC.
3.2.8 Brake belt
3.2.8.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of Q345 steel in GB/T15913.2.8.2 The surface shall be smooth and free of obvious rust. 3.2.8.3 When the raw material is not long enough, it can be extended. The joint should be in the middle of the gate belt and be butt-jointed at 45°. 3.2.8.4 The weld at the joint should be checked according to the I level requirements of GB/T3323, and the sample should be subjected to tensile test. The weld strength should not be lower than the parent material strength.
3.2.8.5 The riveting with the connecting plate should meet the riveting requirements. 3.2.9 Brake spring
3.2.9.1 The material should meet the requirements of 60S2Mn steel in GB/T1222. 3.2.9.2 The heat treatment hardness is 40~47HRC. 3.2.9.3 At the working height, the load error is ±10%: the stiffness error is ±8%. 3.2.9.4 After passing the inspection, the spring shall be subjected to a full compression test. After the third full compression test, the spring is not allowed to have permanent deformation. 3.2.10 The wedge-shaped gasket shall meet the design requirements. 3.3 Assembly
3.3.1 All assembled parts must be inspected and qualified before assembly. 3.3.2 The following provisions shall be met when assembling the motor, elastic coupling and reducer. 3.3.2.1 The coaxiality between the motor axis and the reducer input shaft axis is 0.2mm. 3.3.2.2 The radial runout of the brake wheel of the elastic coupling is 0.0005D (D-brake wheel diameter, mm). 3

3.3.2.3 In the elastic coupling, the end face clearance between the half coupling and the brake wheel is 2~6mm. 3.3.3 When assembling hydraulic brakes, the following provisions shall be met: 3.3.3.1 The width center of the brake shoe shall be consistent with the width center of the brake wheel, and the error shall not exceed 2mm. 3.3.3.2 When releasing the brake, the axial and radial clearances between the brake shoe and the brake wheel shall be consistent and shall not exceed 2mm. 3.3.3.3 The line connecting the rotation center of the brake shoe shall be consistent with the center of the brake wheel, and the error shall not exceed 0.5mm. 3.3.3.4 When braking, the contact area between the brake shoe and the brake wheel shall be no less than 60% for low-speed brakes (no less than 80% for belt brakes) and no less than 80% for high-speed brakes, and single-end contact is not allowed. 3.3.3.5 The rotating shafts of the brakes shall rotate flexibly and be fully lubricated. 3.3.3.6 The oil cylinder shall be well sealed and leak-free, and the brake shall be sensitive when releasing the brake. 3.3.4 When assembling the drive wheel, intermediate shaft and bearings, the following provisions shall be met. 3.3.4.1 The assembly of the groove wheel, clamp wheel and main shaft, and the assembly of the pinion, bevel gear and intermediate shaft should ensure a certain amount of interference. 3.3.4.2 The tooth side clearance of the open gear of the vertical drive machine is 0.05-0.08 module: the contact spot is not less than 40% along the tooth height direction, and not less than 50% along the tooth length direction
3.3.4.3 The tooth side clearance of the open gear of the horizontal drive machine is 0.05~0.08 module; the contact spot is not less than 40% along the tooth height and tooth length direction
3.3.4.4 When assembling the groove wheel liner, it must meet the requirements of tight fixation and smoothness, and no looseness is allowed. 3.3.4.5 When assembling the clamp, the clamp is required to move flexibly in the groove without sticking. When clamping the same steel bar, the difference in the distance the clamp moves is not more than 0.15mm
3.3.5 When assembling the gear coupling, the inclination of each outer gear sleeve axis to the inner gear ring axis is not more than 30; or when the two axes are not inclined, the radial displacement is not more than 1.5mm.
3.3.6 When assembling the brake control oil station, the following requirements should be met: 3.3.6.1 Before assembling the accumulator, the weld strength should be checked at a pressure not less than 8MPa. 3.3.6.2 All joints should not leak under the test pressure of 8MPa. 3.3.6.3 All hydraulic and electrical components should act sensitively and reliably according to the design procedures. 3.4 Paint
3.4.1 Before painting, the product must be free of burrs, welding slag, rust and oil stains. 3.4.2 The painted surface is uniform and complete, and no roughness or unevenness is allowed. 4 Test methods and inspection rules
The product must be tested without load (without traction rope) at the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and meet the following requirements: 4.1 The motor and electronic control system start and operate normally. 4.2 The braking system works reliably.
4.3 The reducer lubricating oil station supplies oil normally.
4.4 After continuous rotation for 4 hours, the temperature rise of each bearing and reducer oil pool should meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2

All moving parts of the machine shall work smoothly. When running without other external noise interference, the noise measured at 1m from the outer contour of the machine shall not be greater than 85dB(A).
4.7 The low-speed and high-speed brake shoes (or brake belts) shall be in uniform contact with the brake wheel, and the contact area shall comply with the provisions of 3.3.3.4: When releasing the brake, the gap between the brake shoe (or brake belt) and the brake wheel shall comply with the provisions of 3.3.3.2.4.8 All fasteners shall not be loose.
4.9 Products must pass inspection and no-load test before leaving the factory, and the quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall issue a product quality certificate. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Each drive machine should be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents:

Each moving part of the machine works smoothly. When running without other external sound interference, the noise is measured at 1m away from the outer contour of the machine. 4.6
