Some standard content:
QB/T 2207—1996 This standard is based on the product numbered 1.5.1 in ISO8979:1988 "Telecommunications Twist Pliers and Cutting Pliers-Terminology", and is revised and converted into an industry standard for the former Ministry of Light Industry Standard SG182-1980 "Technical Conditions for Wire Strippers". This standard adds product classification, basic dimensions, inspection rules, etc. in terms of technical content. Three other products produced in my country that are not included in international standards are added to the product classification. In terms of technical requirements, in addition to retaining the content in SG182 that has been proven to be suitable for my country's situation in practice, technical indicators such as bending strength, blade gap, and blade misalignment are added, and the requirement of "safe use with 500 volts of electricity" in the original standard is cancelled. It is strictly stipulated that wire strippers must be used under non-electrical conditions to ensure personal safety. This standard has modified and improved some quality indicators, reflecting the technical level of my country's wire stripper products. This standard will replace SG182-1980 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, Wenzhou Pliers Factory, Anhui Tool Factory, Hunan Lianyuan Tool Factory, Henan Weihui Tool Factory, etc. The main drafters of this standard are: Cheng Yiping, Hu Xiaolin, Cheng Yongfeng, Liang Pingqiang, Cao Guoyin, Li Tingchen, Wang Xudong. This standard is entrusted to the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center for interpretation. 565 1 Scope Light Industry Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Wire Strippers QB/T2207.1996 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wire strippers.
