3 Product classification
3.1 Product type
This product consists of four parts: coarse crusher, coarse screen, fine crusher and fine screen. It is used to remove seeds from tomatoes to avoid the bitter taste of tomato paste due to the coking of seeds during the concentration process. 3.2 Product model

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. At the same time, they shall also comply with the requirements of QB/T1702.1.
4.2 All purchased parts and raw materials shall have the inspection certificate or quality assurance certificate of the supplier. If there is no inspection certificate or quality assurance certificate, the manufacturer shall inspect the purchased parts and raw materials and only those that meet the requirements shall be adopted. 4.3 The basic technical requirements of the whole machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.4 The insulation resistance shall not be less than 2MQ, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 0.2Q. 4.5 Cast iron parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.2. Other castings shall not have various defects that affect the strength and other properties of castings as specified in JB/T302.
4.6 The welding of parts and products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.1. The machining of parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.2. 4.7
The assembly of products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. The paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. 4.9
Parts in contact with materials must be made of materials that meet food hygiene requirements. "The fly cutter shaft should be equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the machine from being damaged by foreign objects. 4.11
4.12 No-load noise shall not be greater than 83dB (A). 5 Test method
5.1 Electric power consumption
Measured with a three-phase power meter with an accuracy of 0.5 level, the value shall not be greater than the provisions of the installed capacity in Table 1. 5.2 Insulation resistance, grounding resistance
Between the motor outlet terminal and the housing, the insulation resistance measured with a 500V megohmmeter with an accuracy of 1.0 level shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4; between the machine grounding terminal and the housing, the grounding resistance measured with a digital micro-ohmmeter with an accuracy of ±0.0012 shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. 5.3 Noise
Use a sound level meter with an accuracy of ±1dB and test according to the provisions of ZBJ50004. The result shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. 5.4 Processing capacity
Use a scale value of 0.1 s stopwatch to measure the time required to process 1 t of material, and then convert it into 1h of processing capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.5 Other items are inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, listening, and touching. 6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the product leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, etc. of the products one by one according to the product drawings, technical documents and the requirements of 4.1 to 4.12 approved by the prescribed procedures.

6.1.3 Products may be shipped only after they have passed the inspection and must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the machine. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a.
After the trial production of a new product is completed or the old product is transferred to the factory for production finalization; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; every three years during normal production; when the product is stopped for a long time and then resumed;
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 Type inspection should be carried out before the product leaves the factory One unit is randomly selected from the qualified products and meets the requirements of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. Type inspection is carried out in the user unit.
6.2.3 Judgment rules
If the type inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
