This standard is revised on the basis of SY5249-91 "Technical Conditions for Controllable Vibrator Vehicle" in accordance with the development of controllable vibrator vehicle technology and the market's needs for product series, specifications, usage scope, quantitative performance and improved operability, combined with actual experience. This standard mainly revised the following contents:
a) Due to the expansion of the technical field of controllable source vehicles, the original standard name "Technical Conditions for Controllable Source Vehicles" was renamed "Ground Pressure Driven Controllable Source Vehicles"; bzxz.net

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 Vibrator vehicles shall comply with the provisions of this standard, and the basic parameter values ​​and their units shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.1.2 All welded parts shall comply with the requirements of JB/T5943. 4.1.3 The assembly requirements of the whole vehicle shall comply with the requirements of JB/T5945. 4.1.4 The paint layers in various places shall comply with the requirements of JB/T5946. 4.1.5 The transmission of the whole vehicle shall be smooth and without abnormal noise.
4.2 Appearance
4.2.1 The vehicle shall not leak oil, gas or water when it is stationary or in motion. The gas circuit and hydraulic system shall be tested for sealing. 4.2.2 The surface of each exposed metal part shall be treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment. 330

4.2.3 All lines, pipelines and rods shall be arranged neatly and tightened reliably. They shall not be loose during driving and vibration, and there shall be no friction, collision, card, pulling and extrusion. 4.2.6 Various instruments and alarm devices shall be arranged neatly, sensitive and reliable. All safety-related parts should have warning signs, such as "High Voltage Danger!", "Energy storage device can only be filled with nitrogen!", etc. 4.2.7

The movements of each operating part should be flexible, accurate and reliable, without any jamming phenomenon, and should not be dislocated automatically during operation. 4.2.9
4.2.10The main power lines connected to the battery terminals and the starter should be tightly connected to prevent ignition due to looseness. 4.2.11 The controllable source vehicle should be equipped with a fire extinguisher, which should be placed in a place where the operator can easily access it. 4.2.12 The vibration absorption performance of the cab seat is good, and its vertical and horizontal acceleration should not be greater than 0.1m/s, and the natural frequency of the frame should not be greater than 3Hz.
4.2.13 Under normal use conditions, the exhaust smoke density of the controllable source vehicle should meet the requirements of GB9486. 4.3 Engine
4.3.1 The technical condition of the engine shall comply with the relevant technical standards or technical agreements. 4.3.2 When the ambient temperature is not less than -5℃, it should be able to start smoothly; when the ambient temperature is between -5 and -40℃, it should be able to start smoothly after taking measures:
4.3.3 The engine should work normally and without abnormal noise at various speeds within the rated working conditions, and the oil pressure, oil temperature and water temperature should be within the technical specifications of the engine.
4.4 Cab
4.4.1 The cab should be equipped with an insulation layer, the outer surface should be flat and smooth, the shape should be regular, the internal facilities should be reasonably arranged and fixed reliably, and there should be no sharp protrusions that may cause injury. 4.4.2 The air conditioner and heating device should work properly. 4.4.3 The cab should have good sealing, the rainproof sealing limit should be greater than or equal to 75 points, and the dustproof sealing should be greater than or equal to 80%.
4.4.4 The wiper should operate smoothly, and the vision should be clear when driving in rainy and snowy days. 4.4.5 The doors and windows should be opened and closed freely and should not be disengaged automatically during driving and vibration. The rearview mirror and sunshade should be reliably and stably located at the required position and should not change position automatically during driving and vibration. 4.5 Hydraulic system
4.5.1 The hydraulic system should be equipped with overload protection and hydraulic shock protection devices. The adjustment pressure of the high-pressure safety valve should not be greater than 1.25 times the rated working pressure of the system.
4.5.2 The installation and commissioning of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems should comply with the provisions of GB/T7935 and GB/T3766. 4.5.3 Before installing the servo valve, the vibration hydraulic system should be cleaned with an external circulation device. The hydraulic oil brand of the external circulation device should be the same as that of the hydraulic oil used in the controllable source vehicle. After cleaning, the cleanliness level of the vibration system oil should comply with the 13/10~16/13 level in GB/T14039.
4.5.4 When refueling the hydraulic oil tank, a filter with a filter element of 10m should be used for refueling. 4.6 Vibrator
4.6.1 After the vibrator is assembled, a sealing test shall be carried out to ensure that there is no leakage. 4.6.2 When the system pressure is 10MPa, the relative up and down movement between the vibrator hammer and the piston rod shall be flexible, and there shall be no jamming or creeping. 4.6.3 After the vibration plate is welded, heat treatment and flaw detection shall be carried out. 4.6.4 The vibration plate shall be raised and lowered flexibly and smoothly. 4.7 Vehicle driving performance
4.7.1 The maximum speed, maximum climbing grade, braking distance, and maximum parking grade shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.7.2 The minimum turning diameter shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. When turning, the steering wheel operating force shall not exceed 100N, and the difference between the left and right steering forces shall not exceed 15% of the smaller steering force.

5.2.1 Driving test
The vehicle driving test shall be carried out on a variety of road surfaces including highway, dirt road and mountain road with the road length ratio of 20%, 40% and 40% respectively. The total mileage shall be less than 100km and shall comply with the requirements of 4.1.5 and 4.2.1. 5.2.2 Maximum speed determination test

5.4.1 Preparation before the test

5.4.2 Test environment and conditions
a) The test site is a flat sandy surface.
b) The ambient temperature is 10~40℃.
c) The hydraulic oil working temperature is 30~65℃. d) The vehicle is in rated working conditions.

e) The recommended test frequency is 7~118Hz, 8s, 0.25s ramp, linear sweep signal. f) The phase control method uses sample-by-sample correction, the amplitude control method uses the base value and peak value correlation method, and the phase-locking signal uses vibration force.
5.4.3 Test principle
Under the condition that the natural frequency of the vibration isolation spring of the vibrator of the controllable source vehicle is less than 3Hz, according to the Sallas model and Newton's second law, the vibration force of the controllable source vehicle and the phase error of the phase-locked system are calculated as follows: a) Calculation of the vibration force of the controllable source vehicle:

6.2 Type inspection

6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out for any of the following situations:a) New product identification;

b) Significant changes in product structure, process and materials;c) Product transfer:
d) Suspension of production for more than two years and the first production;
e) The cumulative production quantity reaches 50 units.
6.2,2 Randomly select 4 units from a batch of products for type inspection. If one item fails, it is considered that the type inspection has failed. The reason should be checked and improvements should be made. After improvement, submit the type inspection again until it passes, and then production or production can be continued. 6.3 Factory inspection
When the product leaves the factory: the whole unit shall be inspected according to the factory inspection items specified in Table 5. Only after passing the inspection can it be shipped with a product quality certificate
