3.3 Cast steel swivel shackle: After carefully removing the molding sand, holes, burrs and other uneven places formed by the wall and the mold dislocation, each part should be inspected for appearance. The defects that affect the strength of the parts (such as pores, more holes, etc.) shall not exceed the following specifications: When the chain diameter d-25~46mm, 4 places;

When the depth of the above casting defects exceeds 5 of the chain, or the total depth of defects on the same surface exceeds 5 of the chain diameter, it must be repaired by welding. 3.4 The dimensional tolerances of each part shall comply with Table 7

3.5 The assembled swivel shackle shall be rotated and subjected to tensile test and breaking test. After the tensile test, the swivel shackle shall be able to rotate flexibly without leakage or long-term deformation.
4 Test method
4.1 Each sample shall be visually inspected by a tensile tester. 4.2 Breaking test
During the breaking test, the tensile force shall be gradually and evenly applied to the specimen to the breaking load specified in Table 8. The specimen shall be placed before the specified breaking load is applied. Those without fracture are considered qualified.
4.3 Tensile test
4.3.1 After the tensile test is qualified, the force test can be carried out. 4.3.2 Gradually increase the tensile test load to the load specified in Table 8, maintain it for 5 minutes and then gradually unload it. 5.3 Between the same materials! The swivels forged with the same diameter and the swivels with the same smelting furnace with different seam diameters shall not exceed 50 pieces per group, and 10 pieces shall be selected for the control breaking test. If the tensile test fails, a retest may be conducted with two times the test load. During the retest, even if 10 pieces of the test sample breaks when the test load is equal to or less than the tensile load, all the swivels cast from the molten steel of the furnace shall be heat treated and resubmitted for testing. If the test after heat treatment still fails, all of them shall not be accepted. 5.4 The swivel shackle samples after the tensile test cannot be used as products. 6 Marking and packaging
