1 Scope
This part of GB/T 39315 specifies the general requirements, composition structure diagram, index table, data element value and expression rules, common data model and special data model of personnel data model in military and civilian general resources.
GB/T 39315.5 is applicable to the design of personnel-related information system, data exchange and sharing in military and civilian general resources.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 37944-2019 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
4 General requirements
The naming rules, description methods and formats of the data model for the military and civilian common resources personnel category shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 37944-2019, and the data elements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 39316.
5 Composition structure diagram
The composition structure of the data model for the military and civilian common resources personnel category is shown in Figure 1, which shall include the military and civilian common resources personnel category shared data model, as well as four special data models for transport equipment and general engineering machinery operators, equipment maintenance and facility emergency repair and construction personnel, health professionals, and personnel in other fields.
6 Index table
The personnel data model number complies with the provisions of 5.3 of GB/T 37944-2019, and adopts an 8-digit mixed code format of the letter "R" plus 7 digits, where "R" represents the personnel class, and the data model number should be unique. See Table 1 for the data model index table.
7 Data element value and expression rules
7.1 In the technical attributes of the data element-entity relationship table of the shared and dedicated data model for personnel, "B" indicates that the corresponding data element is required; "A" indicates that the corresponding data element is optional; "X" indicates that the entity contains the data element and there is a situation where the values ??affect each other.
7.2 The values ??in the shared data model affect the expression rules as follows:
a) When R0006A0000 (nationality name) is set to "China", R0004A0000 (ethnic name), R0005A0000 (ethnic code), R0008A0000 (citizen ID number), R0011A0000 (native place name), R0012A0000 (native place code), R0016A0000 (political status name) and R0017A0000 (political status code) are required;
b) When the value of the R0039A0000 data element is "yes", R0040A0000 and R0041A0000 are required.
This standard specifies the general requirements, composition structure diagram, index table, data element value and expression rules, common data model and special data model requirements for personnel data models in military and civilian common resources. This part is applicable to the design of personnel-related information systems, data exchange and sharing in military and civilian common resources.

This part is drafted according to the rules given in GB/T1.1—2009. This part is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Logistics Information Management (SAC/TC267). GB/T39315.5—2020
