Scraper discharge centrifuges are divided into the following three types according to their working principles. 3.1.1 Filtration type

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements

Centrifuges shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Environmental requirements
The centrifuge should be able to work normally under the condition of ambient temperature of 0-40℃ and relative air humidity of no more than 85%. 4.3 Technical performance
4.3.1 The drum speed should not be less than 97% of the rated speed (except when unloading). 4.3.2 The vibration intensity during idling should not be greater than 11.2. 4.3.3 Under idling conditions, the noise (sound power level) should not be greater than 105dB (A). 4.3.4 The temperature rise of the main bearing should not be greater than 30℃ during idling. It should not be greater than 40C during load operation. 4.3.5 The oil temperature of the oil tank should not be greater than 50℃.
4.3.6 It can run stably and automatically, and the number of cycles meets the design requirements. When there is no regulation, the idling operation should be guaranteed to be no less than 40 times within 2 hours.
4.3.7 The production capacity and separation effect of the centrifuge should meet the design requirements. 4.3.8 The cleanliness of the hydraulic system of the centrifuge should not be greater than 40mg/L. 4.3.9 The average trouble-free working time of the centrifuge should be no less than 8000h. 4.4 Structural requirements
The structure of the filter-type centrifuge drum should enable the filter (cloth) to be flat and reliably fixed on the drum without wrinkling or bulging.
The threaded connection structure should ensure reliable operation under vibration load conditions. 4.4.2
Each sealing point should have a reliable sealing device. 4.4.3
4.4.4 Drilling is generally not allowed in the weld area of ​​the drum wall. 4.4.5 The centrifuge should have a processing plane to check the installation level of the machine. 4.4.6 The centrifuge should have a lifting device suitable for overall lifting. 4.4.7 The centrifuge should consider shock absorption measures and seismic isolation installation. 4.5 Safety requirements

4.6.1 The materials of the main parts and components of the centrifuge should comply with the following regulations and should have a material quality certificate. 4.6.1.1 Cast iron parts should comply with the provisions of GB9439. 4.6.1.2 Cast carbon steel parts should comply with the provisions of GB11352, and cast carbon steel parts for welding should comply with the provisions of GB7659. 4.6.1.3 Cast stainless steel parts should comply with the provisions of GB2100. 4.6.1.4
Plates for welded parts
Carbon steel and low alloy steel plates shall comply with the provisions of GB3274 and GB6654. Stainless steel plates shall comply with the provisions of GB3280 and GB4237. 4.6.1.5Shaft parts
Carbon steel shall comply with the provisions of GB699.
Alloy steel shall comply with the provisions of GB3077.
Stainless steel shall comply with the provisions of GB1220.

4.6.2For centrifuges used in the food industry, the materials of parts in contact with materials shall comply with the relevant national food hygiene requirements. 4.6.3Substitution of materials with similar or better performance is permitted, but must be approved by the design department of the manufacturer. 4.7 Process requirements
4.7.1 Rotating drum
4.7.1.1 The welding of the rotating drum must be performed by a welder holding a welder qualification certificate of the corresponding category issued by the labor department. 4.7.1.2 The number of repairs on the same part of the weld should generally not exceed two times. If it exceeds two times, the repair should be approved by the technical person in charge of the manufacturing unit before repair.
4.7.1.3 The weld must be inspected by X-ray flaw detection and should comply with the provisions of ZBJ77002. 4.7.1.4 The welded drum must be stress-relieved. For the welds of austenitic stainless steel drums with intergranular corrosion resistance requirements, measures must be taken to prevent or eliminate intergranular corrosion, and the intergranular corrosion test should comply with the provisions of GB4334. 4.7.1.5 The mechanical properties of the drum weld should not be lower than the parent material. 4.7.2 Spindle
4.7.2.1 Forgings should comply with the provisions of JB4385, and the grade should not be lower than Grade V. 4.7.2.2 It must be normalized or quenched and tempered, and inspected by non-destructive testing, and should comply with the provisions of ZBJ77002. 4.7.3 Important welded parts or castings such as machine base, bearing seat, door cover, etc. shall be stress-relieved. 4.7.4 Austenitic stainless steel castings or forgings shall be solution treated. 4.7.5 When the wheel and the main shaft are matched with the surface, the matching surface shall be evenly fitted, and the fitting rate shall be not less than 65% over the entire length and circumference of the main line, and the fitting rate shall be not less than 70% over the circumference within 1/4 of the entire axial length of the large end, or there shall be not less than four contact points within an area of ​​25mm×25mm.
4.7.6 Dynamic balancing of drum components
4.7.6.1 The drum components shall be dynamically balanced, and the balancing quality grade shall not be lower than G6.3. The determination of the allowable unbalance U shall comply with the provisions of GB9239.
4.7.6.2 The drum with rubber lining or plastic coating on the surface shall be dynamically balanced before and after rubber lining or coating. The material of the dynamic balancing weight should be the same as the parent metal, and the weight should be firmly fixed and can be pulled. 4.7.6.3

Electrical control equipment should meet the requirements of the use environment and comply with the provisions of G135226. 4.9 Centrifuge operation test time
4.9.1 The centrifuge idle operation test is carried out at the rated speed, and the cycle automatic operation must be no less than 2h. The centrifuge load operation test is carried out under rated working conditions, and the automatic operation must be no less than 6h. 4.9.2
4.10 Appearance quality
The surface of the stainless steel casing of the centrifuge should be passivated or polished, and there should be no obvious hammer marks and scratches. 4.10.2 The painting of the centrifuge should comply with the provisions of JB/T7217. 5 Test method

5.4 The performance test method of the centrifuge shall comply with the provisions of GB10901. 6. Inspection rules
6.1 Basic requirements
The centrifuge shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard, and the product quality certificate shall be issued before it can be shipped! 6.2 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection Inspection and type inspection. 6.3 Factory inspection
Each product must undergo factory inspection before leaving the factory. The factory inspection includes document checking, appearance quality inspection and idling test. Check the following documents:

Idle running test

7.2 Packaging
The packaging of the centrifuge for export shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.2
The packaging of the centrifuge sold incorrectly in China shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384, and the outer marking of the centrifuge packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB191. The exposed processing surfaces of the accessories, spare parts, tools and main machine of the centrifuge that may be subject to atmospheric erosion shall be treated with anti-rust treatment before packaging. 7.3 Transportation
The centrifuge shall not be rolled or inverted during transportation. 7.4 Storage
The centrifuge should be placed in a sheltered place with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, a temperature not exceeding 40°C, and no medium corrosion. 8 Warranty period
If the user complies with the storage, installation and operation provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement (excluding wearing parts) if the centrifuge is damaged or cannot work due to poor manufacturing quality within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. 9 Others
9.1 Centrifuges made of sealed glue, plastic coating or other non-metallic materials, titanium alloys and other corrosion-resistant materials must also comply with their corresponding relevant standards.
9.2 Centrifuges with special requirements such as closed, pressurized, explosion-proof, and anti-toxic must also comply with their special standards. Additional notes:

7.2 Packaging
The packaging of the exported centrifuge shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.2
The packaging of the centrifuge sold incorrectly in China shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384, and the outer marking of the centrifuge packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB191. The exposed processing surfaces of the accessories, spare parts, tools and main machine of the centrifuge that may be subject to atmospheric erosion shall be treated with anti-rust treatment before packaging. 7.3 Transportation
