Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7759-95 Aramid fiber, phenolic fiber braided packing Technical conditions Published on June 16, 1995 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on July 1, 1996 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Aramid fiber, phenolic fiber braided packing Technical conditions 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T7759-95 This standard specifies the model, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing. This standard applies to aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and lubricant. 2 Reference Standards JB/T6371 Carbonized Fiber Braided Packing 3 Model Test Method The model of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing consists of capital Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals. The expression method is as follows: FL/□ Use temperature indicated by the manufacturer Basic code of aramid fiber Use temperature indicated by the manufacturer Basic code of phenolic fiber 4 Technical Requirements The square section specifications and dimensional deviations of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Allowable Deviation 4.2 The physical and mechanical properties of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Volume density Heat resistance loss Friction coefficient Abrasion loss Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 16, 1995 Implemented on July 1, 1996 Acid loss (5% H,SO,) Alkali loss 25% NaOH 5% NaOH Compression cost Rebound cost JB/T 7759-95 Continued Table 2 FL/□℃ FQ/□c 4.3 The surface of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing should be flat. When soaked in tetrachloroethylene emulsion or other lubricants, the surface should be evenly distributed and should not fall off. There should be no more than 2 slipping threads, jumpers, missing flowers, and edges within 10m. 5 Test method 5.1 The specifications of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing are measured from two mutually perpendicular directions with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm. Any point of the packing is used as the starting point, and the measurement is performed every 1m. The arithmetic average of the three points is taken as the measurement result. 5.2 The bulk density, compression rate, rebound rate, friction coefficient, abrasion, acid loss, and alkali loss tests of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber shrinkage packing are all in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6371. 5.3 The temperature loss of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing shall be tested at the temperature specified by the manufacturer, with a temperature deviation of ±10°C and a test time of 2hwwW.bzxz.Net 5.4 The appearance quality of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing shall be inspected by visual inspection. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing shall be inspected by the inspection department before leaving the factory. 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. The items of factory inspection include: specification and dimensional deviation, bulk density, temperature loss, and appearance quality. The items of type inspection are all items specified in Articles 4.1 to 4.3. 6.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Test new products: Product transformation: After formal production, there are major improvements in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; d. Normal production for one year; Suspension of production for more than three months and restart of production. 6.4 The appearance quality of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing should be fully inspected, and the other items should be sampled for inspection. 6.5 Products of the same brand are counted as a batch of 50kg. If less than 50kg, another batch will be counted. When sampling, take out a 1m sample from the unit product as the representative of the unit product. 6.6 During factory inspection and type inspection, if one of the indicators does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be carried out for re-inspection. If there is still one item that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the item is unqualified and the batch of products is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging and storage 7.1 Marking The packaging box of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing should be marked with: manufacturer's name and trademark; product name; product model and specifications; gross weight and net weight: manufacturing date or production batch number, 7.2 Packing JB/T7759-95 Aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing shall be packed in plastic bags and loaded into boxes with a bundling rate of 100%. The net weight of each box of packing shall not exceed 20 kg. The outer packaging of aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing shall ensure that it will not be damaged during storage and transportation. The packing box shall be accompanied by a packing list, which shall indicate: Product name: Product trademark: Manufacturer name: Product model and specification: Product quantity: Date of manufacture. The packing box shall be accompanied by a product certificate, which shall indicate: Batch number: Standard number: Name or code of the inspector. 7.3 Transportation and storage 7.3.1 Aramid fiber and phenolic fiber braided packing must be protected from rain and moisture during transportation. 7.3.2 The product shall be stored in a clean and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to bake, expose to the sun, get damp, or be exposed to rain. The storage period shall not exceed three years from the date of production.
