3.F Chemical composition
8. 1.1 The chemical composition (melting analysis) of steel shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5 and Table 6. 3.1.2 When the finished product is analyzed (inspected by the purchaser or inspected by the supplier at the request of the purchaser), the allowable deviation value shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3 of GB222-84 "Steel Chemical Analysis Test Sample Sampling Method and Finished Product Chemical Composition Allowable Deviation". For the elements or chemical composition provisions that are not applicable in Table 3, the provisions of the agreement between the supply and demand parties shall be made. 3.2 Delivery state
3.2.1 The angle steel after hot rolling shall be heat treated according to Table 7 and Table 8, properly straightened, and then pickled or similarly treated. 3.2.1.1 With the consent of the purchaser, the angle steel may not be heat treated. 3.2.1.2 According to the requirements of the purchaser, the pickling process may also be omitted. 3. 3 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of heat-treated angle steels shall comply with the provisions of 3.3.1 to 3.3.2. However, the grinding strength of steel shall be measured only when required by the purchaser (specified in the contract). For the hardness test, the same method can be used according to the different sizes and states of the steel. 3.3.1 The mechanical properties of austenitic angle steels that have been scraped and dissolved shall comply with the provisions of Table 9. For austenitic angle steels that have not been dissolved, take a rough sample and perform solid solution treatment at an appropriate temperature within the temperature range specified in Table 7, and its mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of Table 9. 3.3.2 The mechanical properties of ferritic angle steels that have been annealed shall comply with the provisions of Table 10. For ferritic angle steels that have not been annealed, take a rough sample and perform annealing treatment at an appropriate temperature within the temperature range specified in Table 8, and its mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of Table 10. 3.5 Surface quality
The surface of the steel bar shall not have defects that are harmful to its use. When harmful defects occur, the steel can be removed by tools such as grinding wheels, but the cross-sectional size of the trimmed angle steel must be within the allowable deviation range, and the connection between the trimmed part surface and the original rolled surface should be smooth. 4 Test methods
4.1 General requirements for analytical tests shall be in accordance with GB1467-7R "General principles and general provisions for chemical analysis methods for metallurgical products", and the sample preparation for analytical tests shall be in accordance with GB222-84 "Standards for chemical analysis of steel". The sample separation shall be carried out in accordance with the following standards. GB223.1~223.6, GB223.8~223.24 in "Methods for Chemical Analysis of Iron, Steel and Alloys"--82:YB3512)- —78 "Determination of Molybdenum Content in Iron and Steel", YB35(13)—78 "Determination of Silver Content in Iron and Steel": YB35(22)—78 "Determination of Nitrogen Content in Iron and Steel GB422784

4.2.1 Mechanical specimens shall be collected in accordance with GB2975-82 "Steel Mechanical and Processing Properties Test Sampling Rules". 4.2.2 Tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 4.2.2.1 The specimens shall be prepared in accordance with GB 228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method" with L = 5.65VF, standard short specimens. 4.2.2.2 The test method shall be in accordance with GB 228-76. However, the test temperature shall be 20 + 5℃ as the standard. 4.2.3 Impact test shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions.
4.2.3.1 The specimens shall be prepared in accordance with the U-shaped standard specimens specified in GB229-84 "Metal Normal Temperature Impact Toughness Test Method". 4.2.3.2 The test method shall be in accordance with GB 229-84. However, the test temperature shall be 20 ± 2℃ as the standard. 4.2.4 Hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 4.2.4.1 The certification specimen shall be a part of the tensile specimen. 4.2.4.2 The test method shall be in accordance with the following standards, but the test temperature shall be 20±5℃. GB230--83 "Metallic Jake's Hardness Test Method"; GB231-84 "Metallic Cloth Hardness Test Method", GB4340-84 "Metallic Vickers Hardness Test Method".
5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Except for the following provisions, the general provisions for the acceptance of angle steel shall be in accordance with GB2101-80 "General Provisions for Acceptance, Packaging, Marking and Quantity Certification of Steel Shapes"
5.2 For mechanical tests and wrist corrosion tests, take one test material from the batch of the same brand, furnace number and heat treatment conditions, and take one of each kind of test sample from each test material. For chemical analysis test samples, take one from each brand and furnace number. 5.3 The test results of chemical analysis, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, surface quality requirements, appearance and size shall all comply with the relevant provisions of this standard or the provisions of the supplementary agreement. However, if the purchaser agrees, part or all of the tensile test, impact test and hardness test can be omitted.
6 Marking and Certificate
Packaging, marking and quality certificate shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2101-80. In addition, if alloying elements other than those in the table are added according to the provisions of the "Notes" in Tables 6 to 9, the maximum content of the alloying elements added shall be noted in the quality certificate.
