It specifies the format and contents of the detail specification for colour display tubes. Instructions on the first page of the blank detail specification The numbers in square brackets on the first page of the blank detail specification shall conform to the instructions given below. Identification of detail specification [1] Name of the national standards body authorized to draft the detail specification. [2] IEC symbol and number of the national detail specification given by the IECQCMC. [3] Number and year of the national general specification. [4] National number or other number of the detail specification, date of publication and any further information required by the national system together with the number of any amendment (if published). Identification of color display tubes [5] Brief description of the tube type. [6] Typical structural information (if required). [7] Dimensional drawings and/or relevant references to the dimensions. [8] Application. Note: If the color display tube is designed to meet various applications, this should be indicated in the detail specification. The requirements for these applications are listed together (depending on the specific situation, these requirements can be listed in different columns of the same detail specification or in different detail specifications).
