Basic term definitions
, Plateau-type bulldozers
Technical conditions for crawler bulldozers
In the plateau environment of 2000-4000m above sea level, after the basic crawler bulldozers implement plateau technical measures, the basic parameters and performance indicators meet the requirements of this standard, and are called plateau-type crawler bulldozers. 3.2 Engine plateau rated power
Rated power of the engine in the plateau environment of 3500-4000m above sea level 3.3 Various thermal loads
Refers to the three parts of engine thermal load, hydraulic transmission system thermal load and hydraulic system thermal load. 3.4 Starting at low temperature in plateau
Start after stopping for more than 12h at an altitude of more than 3000m and an ambient temperature of -23~25℃ 4

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Plateau type bulldozers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. All performance shall meet the design requirements. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 28, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993

JB/T 6039.11992
5.2 The basic model used by the plateau bulldozer must be a national standard product. The technical conditions of the matching engine must meet the requirements of JB4198.
5.3 All cooperative parts and purchased parts used by the plateau bulldozer must have a certificate of conformity. The manufacturer should conduct sampling inspection and only install them after confirming that they are qualified.
5.4 The rated power of the engine at high altitude should be within 100 ± 5% of the rated power of the basic model; the specific fuel consumption should be kept within 100 + 5% of the specific fuel consumption of the basic model.
The various performance parameters related to power of the plateau bulldozer shall not be less than 95% of the performance indicators of the basic model. 5.5
The various heat loads of the plateau bulldozer during operation and operation should be kept within the allowable range of the basic model at low altitude. 5.7
Highland low temperature starting performance, after taking cold start measures, it should be able to start normally. 5.8
Highland bulldozers must use low temperature oil for winter operation. Diesel engines using exhaust gas turbocharging must use designated oil for their lubricating oil. 5.9
The battery used in the plateau bulldozer must have the ability to adapt to low temperatures of -25°C. The seals and rubber parts used in the plateau bulldozer must have the ability to withstand low temperature aging at -40°C. 5.10
The assembly and layout of the supercharger and the intermediate cooler should be reasonable, the sealing state of the compressed air system should be reliable, the installation of the supercharger lubricating oil pipe should be firm and reliable, and the installation should be strictly inspected and pressure tested. 2 The cab of the plateau bulldozer should take measures such as heat preservation, heating, and defrosting. 5.12
Defrosting effect: When the defrosting system is working normally, the cab glass should be kept free of condensation. Heat preservation and heating effect: When operating under the environment--10 conditions, the temperature in the cab should be kept above 5%. The technical maintenance and pre-repair period of the plateau bulldozer should correspond to the technical maintenance and pre-repair adjustment period of the diesel engine in an integral multiple. Reliability of the plateau type earth spreader:
MTBF>150 h;
b. Attendance rate>80%.
