It is the basis for compiling the list of random documents for required products. Principles for determining random documents Determine the items of random documents according to the needs of use and maintenance. In principle, only one set of random documents is provided for a product. 2 Items of random documents Design documents for the use and maintenance of the product and the random documents of the corresponding matching products (instruments, meters and equipment) provided with the product. The binding, mounting and marking requirements of the running machine parts are recorded in the reference document. 3 Compilation method of random documents 3.1 The preparation method of technical specifications shall be in accordance with the provisions of SJ207.4·82 "Management system of design documents, text and table contents, and preparation method of design documents". 3.2 The preparation method of user manual shall be in accordance with the provisions of SJ207.4. 3.3 The preparation method of system diagram and block diagram shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6988.3-86 "Electrical drawing system diagram and block diagram". 3.4 The preparation method of general layout drawing shall be in accordance with the provisions of SJ208-66 "Preparation method of outline drawing" and SJ/2127577 "Example of preparation of handheld equipment design documents". 3.5 The preparation method of circuit diagram shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6988.4 "Electrical drawing circuit diagram". 3.6: The preparation method of logic diagram shall comply with the provisions of GB6988.7 "Logical Diagram of Electrical Drawing". 3.7 Information Processing Flowchart SJ 2785-87 It is to show the flow of information and its mutual relationship. It is to process certain information and make people understand the social relationship of the whole information more objectively. Its main contents include: where the information comes from, where it goes, and which intermediate links it goes through. 3.7.1 Graphic symbols shall comply with the provisions of GB1526-79 "Graphic Symbols of Information Processing Flowchart". 3.7.2 Preparation method 3.7.2.1 Information processing flow chart is composed of graphic symbols (rectangle, box, other box shapes), connecting lines, arrows and question marks. 3.7.2.2 The information flow of information processing flow chart is generally from top to bottom. Horizontal information can flow from bottom to top or from top to bottom. And draw arrows at the junction of the connection line and the frame. 3.7.2.3 The frame of the information processing flow chart needs to be marked with the program name or program letter, symbol, etc. 3.8 The preparation method of the wiring diagram shall be in accordance with the provisions of GR6988.5 "Electrical drawing wiring diagram and wiring cover". 3.9 The preparation method of the cable connection diagram shall be in accordance with the provisions of SI208 and SJ/Z1275. 3.10 The preparation method of the mechanical transmission diagram shall be in accordance with the provisions of SJ208 and SJ/7.1275. 3.11 The drawing method of the installation diagram shall be in accordance with the provisions of SJ1019-75 "Drawing Rules". 3.12 The preparation method of the attachments and the summary table shall be in accordance with the provisions of S.1207.4. The list of random documents is a document that determines the items and quantity of the random documents of the product: it is a component of the product design documents. 3.13.1 Preparation method The list of random documents shall be in accordance with the following sections: General documents: Documents by complete unit: Documents of supporting products. 3.13.1.1 The section “General documents” shall be filled with the documents of the product, including the list of random documents of this product, and shall be filled in according to the document sequence specified in Table 5 of SJ207.1. 3.13.1.2 The section “Documents by complete unit” shall be filled with the documents of the components of the product, and shall be filled in according to the ascending order of the decimal classification number. For documents with the same decimal classification number, they shall be filled in according to the document sequence number specified in Table 5 of SJ207.1. 3.13.1.3 The section “Documents of supporting products” shall be filled in according to the code, name and model of the supporting product. h.
