ICS 25.140.30 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T3390.2--2004 Replaces GB/T3390.2-1989 Hand operated socket wrenches Driving squares and square holes Hand operated socket wrenchesDriving sguares(ISO 1174-1:1996 Assembly tools for screws and nuts—Driving squares-Part 1:Driving squares for hand socket This standard is revised on the basis of the original national standard GB/T3390.2-1989 "Square sample and square hole for manual socket wrench transmission". It is one of the product series standards for manual socket wrenches. Other standards released at the same time are as follows: GB/T3390.1--2004 "Manual socket wrench socket"; -GB/T3390.3-2004 "Manual socket wrench transmission accessories"; -GB/T3390.4--2004 "Manual socket wrench connection accessories"; GB/T3390.5-2004 "Manual socket wrench inspection rules, packaging and marking". This standard is modified to adopt the international standard ISO1174-1:1996 "Screw and nut assembly tools - Drive square and square holes - Part 1: Drive square and square holes for hand-operated socket tools" (English version). Taking into account my country's national conditions, this standard has made some modifications when adopting ISO1174-1:1996. The relevant technical differences have been compiled into the text and marked with a vertical single line in the margins of the clauses they involve. A list of these technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix A for reference. Appendix B shows the comparison of the chapter and article numbers of the technical differences with ISO1174-1:1996 for reference. bzxz.net The main differences between this standard and ISO1174-1:1996 are as follows: some expressions applicable to international standards are changed to expressions applicable to Chinese standards; the international standards ISO3 and ISO286-1 cited in the international standard ISO1174-1:1996 are changed to cite Chinese national standards GB/T321 and GB/T1800.3 in this standard, and the relevant technical contents of these standards are consistent with international standards. Compared with the original national standard GB/T3390.2-1989, the main changes of this standard are as follows: the combination performance of transmission square and square hole and the corresponding test methods are added (see 4.2 and 5.3); some contents are adjusted. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed by China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, and Shanghai Xingguang Like Tool Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hongjiang Machinery Factory, Jiaxing Xingqiu Tool Co., Ltd. and others participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Lin Meide, Wang Penggen, Zhang Yufang, Zhu Shiliang and Wu Zuxun. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: -GB/T 3390.2—1982, GB/T 3390.2--1989.1 Scope Manual socket wrench transmission square cone and square hole GB/T3390.2—2004 This standard specifies the type, basic dimensions, technical requirements and test methods of manual socket wrench transmission square sample and square hole. This standard is applicable to manual socket wrench transmission square sample and square hole for installing and removing hexagonal bolts and nuts. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. Example 1. The A-type transmission square sample with a series of 12.5 is marked as: Transmission square A12.5GB/T3390.2 Example 2. The C-type transmission square hole with a series of 12.5 is marked as: Transmission square hole C12.5GB/T3390.2 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Surface roughness The R value of the surface roughness of the transmission square sample and square hole shall not be greater than 25μm. Combination performance The transmission square should be able to be reliably combined with the transmission square hole, and the connection and removal should be convenient. The steel balls or steel pins of the transmission square sample shall not fall off. 3 GB/T3390.2—2004 5 Test method 5.1 Dimension inspection The dimensions of the transmission square and square hole are inspected by special gauges and general measuring tools. 5.2 Surface roughness inspection The surface roughness of the transmission square sample and square hole is inspected by standard sample. 5.3 Combination performance test When the transmission square sample is inserted into the transmission square hole, there should be no blocking phenomenon. The transmission square sample and square hole can only be disengaged if the disengagement force specified in Table 3 is applied along the axial direction of the transmission square and square hole. Note: This test should be carried out on products produced by the same manufacturer. Table 3 Combination performance test Series of transmission square and square hole/mm Inspection rules The inspection rules of products shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3390.5.
