Basic size
421The base material is biaxially oriented polyolefin film, referred to as BOPP film. The factory inspection is carried out in accordance with GBT10003. 422The adhesive is pressure-sensitive adhesive.
43Appearance
The tape should be evenly rolled and the end surface should not be damaged. There should be no obvious wrinkles, deformation, color difference, glue overflow and uneven end surface. The surface of the tape should be free of impurities after unwinding. The adhesive layer should be uniform and continuous, and there should be no adhesive deficiency or separation between the adhesive layer and the substrate.
44 Physical indexes
The physical indexes of the adhesive tape should comply with the requirements of Table 2. Item name

Physical indicators
100~180
Except for the appearance, specification, size and humidity aging test, all physical indicator tests shall be conducted at (232)℃ and relative humidity (60~70)%.
52 Sample preparation
Put the sample in the environment specified in 5.1 for more than 2h, remove 3~~5 turns of the outer tape, and The length direction of the tape is to be tested in accordance with the test method standards. 5.3 Specification Inspection
53.1 Width
Cut a test piece of about 300mm long from the tape: use a vernier caliper with a minimum graduation value of no more than 0.1mm to measure three approximately equal points along the length direction, and calculate the arithmetic mean of the three values. 532 Length
After unwinding the tape, place it on a plane with a length greater than 1m without applying any external force, and use a vernier caliper with a graduation value of no more than 1mm to measure the length of the tape. Steel tape measurement
533 Inner diameter of the core
QB/T 2422—98
Use a vernier caliper to measure three locations on the inner diameter of the core roughly equally and take the arithmetic mean. 534 Thickness of the substrate
Use acetone or methyl acetate to gently wipe off the adhesive on the surface of the tape, and after the solvent evaporates, proceed according to GB7125. 54 Appearance inspection
Inspect by hand and visual inspection under normal light. For items that need to be unwound for inspection, unwrap the tape at a speed of about 300mm/s for inspection.
55 Physical indicators
55.1 Initial tack
Measured according to GB4852.
552 Sustained tack

Qualified Quality Level
71.1 Product markings can be written in Chinese or English. Generally, it is written in Chinese and agreed upon according to user requirements. 71.2 The inner surface of the paper core of the tape shall be marked with the trademark. For narrower tapes, the trademark expression is allowed to be incomplete when single. 713 The product name, trademark, specification, quantity, gross weight, net weight, volume, implementation standard number, production date, factory name, factory address, quality inspection mark, product quality grade, and pressure-proof, moisture-proof, sun-proof, fire-proof and other marks shall be marked on the outside of the packaging box of each box of tape. All kinds of marks shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388, and the mark content can also be increased or decreased according to user requirements. Each box of products should be equipped with a product certificate. 72 Packaging
72.1 The inner packaging of the product is generally simple packaging with unmarked paper or plastic film. It can also be packaged with heat-sealed film or heat-shrinkable film for single or multiple products according to user requirements. 72.2 The outer packaging box of the product is a corrugated box. The carton should have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure that the tape is not damaged during storage and transportation.
73 Transportation
The tape should be handled with care during transportation. It is forbidden to place it horizontally or squeeze it to prevent it from being exposed to sunlight and collapse. It must not be transported together with volatile solvents and corrosive substances.
74 Storage
741 The product should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of (-5~40)℃ and a relative humidity of (40~80)% without volatile solvents.
742 When storing the product, the packaging box should be more than 100mm from the ground and more than 200mm from the inner wall of the warehouse. The packaging boxes should be stacked neatly and the height should be such that the packaging boxes will not be deformed.
743 The product storage period is one year from the date of production under the conditions of .3 and 7.4 of this standard. People's Republic of China
