2.2,1.4 Acetic anhydride (GP 67778);
2.2.1.5 Ortho-potassium hydrogen formate (GB1291-77) high-grade purity. 2. 2.2 Steps
Weigh about 0.28 g of ethoxyquin crude oil sample (accurate to 0.0002 g) into a 200 ml flask, add 80 ml of glacial acetic acid (2.2.1.1), mix well, add 2 drops of 1% methyl violet indicator (2.2.1.2), and titrate with perfluoric acid standard solution (2.2.1.3) until it turns blue-green, which is the end point. Record the number of ml of standard solution consumed. 2.2.3 Calculation
Ethoxyquin white content (X,) is calculated according to formula (1): X.-FX0.2173 ×100
Where
Concentration of perchloric acid standard solution, mol/L, volume of perchloric acid standard solution consumed, m!; Mass of ethoxyquin crude oil, g;
1 ml c(HcIO,)-0. 1 mol/mol high murine acid standard solution is equivalent to the mass of ZnO2O3. The relative deviation allowed by this method is not more than 0.4%. 2.3 Determination of arsenic and heavy metals (in terms of Pb) 2.3.1 Sample treatment
2.3.1.1 Reagents
2.3.1.1 Nitric acid (GB 626
2.3.1.1.2 Sulfuric acid (GB62577),
2.3.1.2 Operation method
Weigh 5g of ethoxylated crude oil sample (accurate to 0.001g) in a 250ml Kjeldahl flask or a 3-corner flask, add 1ml of nitric acid to soak the sample, place it for a while, slowly heat it, wait for the effect to ease, cool it, add 5ml of sulfuric acid (2.3.1.1.2) along the wall of the flask, and slowly heat it again until the solution in the flask begins to turn brown. Continuously add nitric acid until the organic matter is completely decomposed, add fire, and a large amount of white sulfur dioxide smoke is generated. The final solution should be colorless or yellowish. After cooling, transfer the solution to a 50ml volumetric flask, wash the 3-corner flask with a little water 2~3 times, add the washing solution to the volume, add water to the scale, mix well, and collect 10ml of this solution equivalent to 1g of sample. Take the same amount of nitric acid and sulfuric acid to make a reagent blank test according to the above method. 2.3.2 Determination of arsenic radicals Arsenic spot method 2.3.2.1 Principle In the presence of iodide and stannous chloride, the arsenic in the sample is reduced to trivalent arsenic. Trivalent arsenic reacts with nascent ammonia to generate hydrogen sulfide gas, which is then filtered through lead acetate cotton to remove hydrogen sulfide interference. The gas then reacts with mercuric bromide test paper to generate a yellow to orange spot, which is compared with the standard arsenic spot for a limit test.
2.3.2.2 Reagents
2.3.2.2.1 Hydrochloric acid (GB62277)
2.3.2.2.2 Potassium iodide (GB1272:77): 15% solution; 2.3.2.2.3 Stannous chloride (GB638
78): 40% hydrochloric acid solution;
2.3.2.2.4 Lead acetate cotton: prepared according to GB603-77 "Chemical Reagent Preparation and Product Preparation Method"; 2.3.2.2.5 Bullet standard solution: (1ml contains 0.001mgAs), prepared according to GB60277 "Chemical Reagent Impurity Standard Solution Preparation Method" and then diluted 100 times t
2.3.2.2.6 Mercury bromide test paper: prepared according to GB60377. 2
2.3.2.3 Instrument
GB 884988
According to the "Salt Test Method\Instrumentation Device" of the 1985 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. 2.3.2.4 Determination
Put 10ml of the sample nitration solution of 2.3.1, 3ml of the same amount of reagent blank solution and arsenic standard solution (2.3.2.2.5) in test bottles respectively, add 5ml of hydrochloric acid. Then add water to 35ml, 5ml of 15% potassium iodide solution, 5 drops of 40% stannous chloride, and let it stand at room temperature for 10min. Add 1g of zinc particles to the test bottles of the sample nitration solution, reagent blank solution and arsenic limit standard solution, and immediately plug the test tubes pre-filled with lead acetate cotton and bromide test paper, let it stand at 25℃ for 1h, take out the stain for comparison, and the stain of the sample shall not be deeper than the arsenic stain of the arsenic limit standard.
2.3.3 Determination of heavy metals (in terms of Pb)
2.3.3. Principle
Under weakly acidic conditions, the heavy metals in the sample react with nitrogen sulfide to produce brown-black color, and the limit test is performed by daylight colorimetry. 2.3.3.2 Reagents
2.3.3.2.1 Hydrochloric acid (GB622-77): 1+1 hydrochloric acid solution, prepare 1+ hydrochloric acid solution according to GB603-77;
