6.1 Instruments and meters used in the test

62 Voltage and frequency
Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be conducted at rated voltage and frequency. The power supply shall not exceed 1% of its rated value. However, when taking power and current values, the rated voltage and rated zero value shall be used. 6.3 General inspection
6.3.1 Check the electroplated parts, painted parts, plastic parts, nameplates, labels, packaging and markings with the naked eye. 6.3.2 Use a measuring rod with a precision of 1 mm to measure the diameter of the impeller (the diameter of the circle made by the end of the impeller when it rotates), the size and installation R, and the rated speed of the motor and its speed regulator. 6.3.3 Check the external protection of the motor and its speed regulator of the ventilation fan (I34208) in a specified manner. 6.3.4 Check the motor, capacitor, switch, power cord, plug, other common components and firmware of the ventilation fan to see if they comply with the relevant national standards. 6.3.5 Turn on the power to start the ventilation fan. 6.11 Long-term operation test
The ventilation brush shall be installed in the direction specified in the manual, and the air outlet and the air blower shall be in the indoor air. It can be operated continuously at high speed for 5 consecutive times under the rated voltage and rated power (it is allowed to be injected with oil for 1-2 times during the test) and still rotate freely. For the replacement room for long-term rotation test, other type tests may not be carried out. .12 Leakage blocking mechanism action test
