Trial calibration procedure for oxidized oxygen analyzer
This standard is used for the calibration of newly manufactured and used oxidized oxygen analyzer (hereinafter referred to as instrument). The instrument has a minimum range of [(: maximum range of 25%--Description
Oxidized oxygen analyzer measures the actual quantity of industrial furnaces: quantitative analysis in industrial production processes and environmental protection, and its working principle is as follows: After adding a certain stabilizer to the oxidized material, it is calcined at high temperature and electrolyzed into oxygen at a certain salinity: in the material, the two electrodes are plated with platinum. When the oxygen partial pressure between the two sides is different, the two electrodes can produce some good results, and the field becomes a different cell. The bipolar reaction is as follows: high rate - example: (3-420)-
external period: 20 2 +0 -4(
Condensed potential theory value conforms to the equation of gas science

Force--measured gas has:
Electromotive force of concentration difference cell
Thus, if the temperature of oxygen concentration cell and zero ratio gas oxygen partial pressure are known, the oxygen content of the measured gas can be quickly obtained by measuring the small electromotive force. The structural principle diagram is shown in Figure 1. 2 Technical requirements

According to the requirements of 1.1: 1.2, 1.3, reverse daily measurement and inspection 15 Ground resistance measurement product
Use the megohmmeter with a DC ratio of 5HIV to measure the insulation voltage of the specified part. 16 Ground protection can be calibrated
According to the appendix! According to the line diagram, the output voltage of the transformer is reduced to 6V, and the variable resistor is used to keep the current (1) at 10A. The electronic self-voltage meter measures the voltage drop between the two circuits of the measured part [V). The contact resistance or the user group of the grounding key ( R) is calculated as follows: R
17 Probe internal resistance
17.1 Place the probe under the specified temperature and heat it to 15 rms. Then pass 5% nitrogen gas into the probe. When the back pressure indicator is stable, record the reading. 17.2 Place a potential of about 200 1 at both poles of the probe. Adjust the potential so that the resistance value is half of the original one. Then set the value to the connection part between the potentiometer and the probe. Subtract the lead resistance value. The value is the internal resistance of the probe under test. The test circuit is shown in Figure 2.
18 Verification of the probe
18. According to the attached figure, the test system is connected. The total length of the gas path from the gas source to the probe is 2:m. The gas path is made of 2mm stainless steel. The gas sample conversion should be flexible. Adjust the instrument to make it work normally. 18.2. Pass the oxygen-containing gas through the inner side of the oxygen probe at a flow rate of 3 ml/min. The change in oxygen content should not be less than 13% of the maximum display value of the entire measuring instrument. Turn the air exchange dial and use the sand to measure the time from the start of the screening to the inferred content of % indicated by the instrument:
19. Verification of the instrument
19.1 See Appendix 2 for a schematic diagram of the calibration system
19.2 Selection of calibration points and sequence
19.2.1 The basic calibration points of the instrument should be at least 3 points. Generally, 3 points around 15%, 51%, and 85% of the full scale value should be selected. For other ranges, at least 2 points (up to 20% of the full scale value) should be selected.
The points should be determined in the order of low point to high point or low point. 19.2.2
In this specification, the calibration points are divided into 3 points. This test is to be completed under the specified test conditions. Turn on the test system, power on, and make the whole test system in normal operation. After stabilization (stabilization time is not less than 4 hours), complete the test point by point. 19.4 Remote test indication error. Follow the manufacturer's specifications. 19.4.2. The probe battery is adjusted. N: F1; Vm, R1M. Pass a standard mixed gas with a known oxygen content through the test.
