This standard applies to dispersed fluorescent whitening agent ER (330%) synthesized with o-cyanotoluene and terephthalaldehyde as the main raw materials. This product is mainly used for whitening polyester fiber and its blended fabrics, acetate fiber and nylon fiber. -CH—CH- Molecular formula: C24H1N2 —CHCH Relative molecular mass: 332, 40 (according to the 1997 international relative atomic mass) 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T2374—1994 General conditions for dye staining determination GB/T6682—1992 Specifications and test methods for water used in analytical laboratories (neqISO3696:1987) 3 Requirements The quality of fluorescent whitening agent ER (330%) should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Quality requirements for fluorescent whitening agent ER (330%) Items 1 Appearance 2 Whitening intensity/min 3 Color light 4 Sampling Light yellow dispersion 100% of the standard Similar to the standard~micro Sampling is done in batches, and the manufacturer takes the products that are mixed evenly at one time as a batch. The number of sampling barrels in each batch shall not be less than 10%, and the sampling of small batch products shall not be less than 3 barrels. The packaging of the taken products must be intact, and foreign impurities should not fall into the products during sampling. Use a probe to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the barrel, and the total amount of the sample taken shall not be less than 100g. After the sample is fully mixed, it is divided into two clean and dry brown ground-mouth bottles, sealed with paraffin, and labels are attached to the bottles. Indicate: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, and location. Bottles are for inspection, and one bottle is kept for reference. Approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry on June 5, 2000, and implemented on March 1, 2001 5 Test methods HG/T 2590—2000 Unless otherwise specified, the test water used in this standard shall comply with the specifications of Grade 3 water in GB/T6682. 5.1 Appearance determination Take 50 mL of the sample and pour it into a 50 mL colorimetric tube and use self-viewing for determination. 5.2 Determination of whitening intensity and color light 5.2.1 Apparatus, equipment and materials Brown volumetric flask: 1000 ml. Laboratory high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine. Standard bleached polyester cloth for dye test. 5.2.2 Dyeing depth, bath ratio and fabric pretreatment The dyeing depth is 0.05%, and the dyeing bath ratio is 1:100. 2g polyester fabric is used for dyeing. Before dyeing, the weighed polyester fabric is treated with 2g/L detergent JU at 70℃~80℃ for 10min, with a bath ratio of 1:100. After treatment, it is washed with clean water and squeezed for use. 5.2.3 Preparation of Fluorescent Brightener ER (330%) Dispersion Weigh 0.5g of fluorescent brightener ER (330%) standard sample and test sample (weighed to 0.0005g), respectively, and place them in 100ml beakers, add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly, transfer to 1000ml volumetric flask, dilute with water to scale, shake and then take 20ml of solution, transfer to 500ml volumetric flask, add water to dilute to scale, shake and set aside. 5.2.4 Preparation of Dye Bath Prepare dye bath in five 300ml dye vats according to Table 2. Table 2 Preparation of dye bath Dyeing tank number 0.01g/500ml. Standard dispersion 0.01g/500ml. Sample dispersion Add distilled water to 5.2.5 Dyeing operation After preparing the dye bath as above, adjust the pH to 5~6 with acetic acid and sodium acetate solution, then number the fabrics, pour them into the dyeing tanks in sequence, move the dyeing tanks into the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine, cover and seal for dyeing, raise the temperature to 130℃ (pressure is 170kPa) within 30min under stirring, keep warm and continue dyeing for 60min, stop heating, and slowly exhaust steam, after cooling and depressurizing, open the dyeing machine cover, take out the dyed sample, wash, dry, and evaluate after finishing. 5.2.6 Evaluation of whitening intensity and color light Evaluate according to the relevant provisions of GB/T2374. 6 Inspection rules All items specified in this standard are factory inspection items. 6.1 Factory inspection This product is inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all indicators of all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. 6.2 User inspection The user may inspect the various indicators of the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard to check whether they meet the requirements of this standard. 6.3 Re-inspection If one indicator in the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator in the re-inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 346 7 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking, labeling HG/T 2590--2000 The outer packaging of fluorescent whitening agent ER (330%) should be painted with clear and firm markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, factory address, product name, standard number, registered trademark, production date, gross weight, net weight, grade and batch number. Each package of the product should be attached with a certain format label, including the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, quality certificate that the product meets the requirements of this standard and the standard number. 7.2 Packaging Fluorescent whitening agent ER (330%) is packed in plastic barrels and wooden boxes. The barrel cover must be tightly closed to prevent leakage. The net weight of each barrel is 20kg or packaged according to user requirements. Other packaging can be negotiated with the user. 7.3 Transportation and storage It should be handled with care during transportation to prevent inversion, exposure, collision and freezing. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse that is protected from freezing. The shelf life is six months. Products that have exceeded the shelf life should be re-inspected before being shipped. Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
