3 Type, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 Model and marking

3.1.1 Model of reduction motor: composed of product code, frame size, motor rated power and output speed (see GB4831). 3.1.2 Marking example:

3.2 The housing protection level of the reduction motor is IP44 (see GB4942.1). 3.3 The cooling method of the reduction motor is IC0141 (see GB1993). 3.4 The structure and installation type of the reduction motor are IMB3, IMB5, IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMV1 and IMV5 (see GB997). 3.5 The rating of the reduction motor is a continuous rating based on the continuous working system (S1). 3.6 The rated frequency, rated voltage, rated power of the motor and its corresponding relationship with the frame number and the wiring method shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBK22007.
3.7 When the reduction motor is installed in the B3 or B5 type and the use factor KA is 1 (see GB3480), the corresponding relationship between the motor power, output speed and output torque shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. When the B6, B7, B8, V1 or V5 type is used for installation, the output speed value is the same as that in Table 1, and the output torque is allowed to be reduced, but not more than 2%. The speed values ​​not listed in Table 1 can be provided according to the needs of the user within the range of the output speed and torque of the reduction motor. The tolerance of the output speed listed in Table 1 is ±4%. At this time, the corresponding output torque also changes according to the corresponding tolerance. 3.8
The installation dimensions and tolerances of the reduction motor should comply with the provisions of Tables 2 to 6. The overall dimensions should not be greater than those specified in Tables 2 to 6. Table 1
