1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the man-hour quota for assembly of high-speed marine diesel engines. This standard applies to the assembly and final assembly of typical parts and components of high-speed marine diesel engines. 2 General period

2.1 The working hours quotas in this standard are given under typical conditions, based on a two-row twelve-cylinder engine. When used, they can be modified according to the actual difficulty and the increase or decrease in the number of cylinders.
2.2 The working hours quotas specified in this standard include operation time, work place arrangement time, rest and physiological play time, preparation and end time.
2.3 The technical level specified in this standard is determined in accordance with the "Nubo Industrial Worker Technical Level Standard" issued by China State Shipbuilding Corporation in 1983.

Install the oil pump transmission device: Clean and test the return oil pump transmission device, adjust the position in the lower crankcase and tighten it. C. Install the screw plug: Clean the oil drain plug, screw plug, etc., check the thread, install and tighten it on the lower crankcase. d. Install the return oil pipe filter: Repair and test the lower crankcase return oil pipe and filter, remove and clean each component, lubricate the interior of the lower crankcase, and install the screw plug.
