Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2641-94 Medium-alkali glass flake Published on October 26, 1994 Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on October 1, 1995 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Medium-alkali glass flake Subject content and scope of application HG/T2641--94 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings of medium-alkali glass flakes, Requirements for packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to medium-alkali glass flakes (hereinafter referred to as flakes) made of medium-alkali glass as raw material and used as fillers for anti-corrosion coatings. 2 Reference standards GB1347 Chemical analysis method for soda-lime-silica glass GB1714 Determination of moisture content in raw materials ZBQ36002 Medium-alkali glass ball ZBG94003 3 Terminology Test method for acid-resistant ceramic properties 3.1 Medium-alkali glass flakes: Glass flakes shaped like fish scales produced from medium-alkali glass. 3.2 Flake diameter: refers to the radial size of glass flakes defined by the standard sieve aperture of the screening machine. 4 Product classification Flakes are divided into three types: A, B, and C according to their thickness, flake diameter, and main purpose. The specifications are shown in Table 1. Table Thickness (um) Flake diameter (mm) Main purpose Used to prepare mechanical spray coatings Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on October 26, 1994 B Used to prepare manual spray coatings tt||Used for preparing manual adhesive mix 1995—03-01 implementation HG/T2641-94 Example: ZBL-A indicates a thickness of less than 6um and a sheet diameter of 0.20.4mm, mainly used for preparing medium-alkali glass flakes for mechanical spray coatings. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 The performance and composition of the medium-alkali glass raw materials used to produce flakes must comply with the provisions of ZBQ36002, and a product certificate and batch test report shall be attached. 5.2 The flakes shall be colorless and transparent flakes, and there shall be no agglomeration or other impurities in the finished product. 5.3 The thickness of the flakes shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.4 The diameter of the flakes shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, and the screening pass rate shall be greater than 92%. 5.5 The moisture content of the flakes shall be less than 0.05%. 5.6 The main chemical composition of the scales shall conform to the provisions of Table 2: Table 2 Content% 67.0±1.0 The acid resistance of the scales shall be greater than 98% Test method The appearance of the scales shall be inspected by visual inspection. 6.2 Measurement of scale thickness 6.2.1 Measuring instrument Coating thickness gauge: range Q0.20mm, accuracy 0.001mm6.2.2 Measuring steps Na,o+K,o 12.0±1.0 Take 5 un-crushed scales, place them flat on a special detection plane, and measure their thicknesses respectively with a coating thickness gauge. 6.3 Flake diameter measurement 6.3.1 Measuring instruments Vibrating screen: power 0.25kw, amplitude 6mm, frequency 24Hz Balance: sensitivity 0.001g; Oven: maximum temperature 200±1℃ Thermometer: 0~200r Dryer 6.3.2 Test steps: Rinse the sample with distilled water and place it in an oven at 105~ Dry at 110°C until constant weight, take out and place in a dryer to cool to room temperature. Weigh 100g of dry sample (accurate to 0.01g), place it in a vibrating screen, and sieve it continuously for 3 minutes. Take out the sieved sample from the small-aperture sieve and weigh it on a balance (accurate to 0.01g). Calculate the weight percentage of the sample after sieving to the weight percentage of the sample before sieving. 6.3.3 Calculation Calculate the weight percentage of the slice diameter according to the following formula; =G2/ G,×100% Where:——percentage of sheet diameter weight, %; G. weight of original sample, g HG7T2641--94 G2——weight of sample taken out from small aperture sieve, g.6.4 Determination of moisture content of flakes shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB17146.5 Determination of main chemical composition of flakes shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB13476.6 Determination of acid resistance of flakes shall be carried out according to the method specified in ZBG94003. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Inspection classification. Products are divided into factory inspection and type inspection, 7.1.1 Factory inspection Factory inspection items are appearance, thickness and sheet diameter. 7.1.2 Type inspection Type inspection items are all the contents of Chapter 5 specified in the technical requirements of this standard. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: When a new product is put into production; b. When there are major changes in materials and processes; c. When production is resumed after a long period of suspension; d. When the superior inspection department requires type inspection; e. During normal production, type inspection is carried out every six months. 7.2 Batching and sampling rules 7.2.1 Batching Scales are regarded as a batch based on the production volume of each quarter. 7.2.2 Sampling Each batch of products is randomly selected 3 times, and 100g is selected each time. After the samples are fully mixed, they are divided into two parts, one for inspection and the other for archiving. 7.3 Judgment rules 7.3.1 If one of the factory inspection items is unqualified, the sample should be doubled for re-inspection. If it is still unqualified after re-inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 7.3.2 If one of the type inspection items is unqualified, the sample should be doubled and the unqualified item should be re-inspected. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 Marking, packaging 8.1.1 The product outer packaging shall indicate the product name, specification, net weight, moisture-proof mark, manufacturer name and trademark. 8.1.2 The product outer packaging shall have moisture-proof and drop-resistant functions. 8.2 Transportation The product can be transported by any transportation equipment with rainproof facilities. 8.3 Storage HG/T2641--94 8.3.1 The product shall not be stored in the open air, and shall be kept away from chemical and oily pollutants. It is prohibited to store it in the same warehouse with chemical substances that are corrosive to glass 8.3.2 The product shall be stored in a ventilated and dry place to avoid moisture.
