Casing String Pressure Test Specification of Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
This standard specifies the time, method, index, organization and implementation of the pressure test of oil and gas casing. This standard is applicable to the full-lift casing string pressure test after the casing of each layer of oil and natural gas is cemented. 2 Pressure test time
The surface casing string shall be pressure tested 24 hours after the cementing is completed. 2.2 The pressure test of the technical casing string and the production casing string shall be carried out after the sound amplitude is measured. Pressure test method

The height of cement in the casing string of the pressure test shall meet the design requirements. Use parallel port pressure test tool to connect parallel port to test casing internal pressure. The original drilling fluid is used as the pressure test fluid for the layer casing and technical casing string. 3.25
The production casing string test fluid is free state, but the original drilling fluid in the casing is not replaced. 3.32
The production casing string pressure test tool uses cement head to load pressure test joint. The surface casing string and technical casing string pressure test use blowout preventer, cement head or pressure test joint. 3.6 The pressure test equipment uses cement truck or other pressure test equipment. The surface casing hanger, technical casing and core casing string are all the test beds of the well casing. 3.7
4 Pressure test index
When the production casing string is produced, the pressure test index of the casing is not more than 20MPa 4.1
4.1.1 The surface casing string is tested at 6MPa, and the pressure drop is less than 0.5Mpa in 30min, which is qualified. 4.1.2 The pressure test of technical casing string shall comply with the provisions of the table. Table 1

4.1.3 The pressure test of production casing string shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.2 When the production casing is used for production, the casing pressure is greater than the test pressure index of 20MPa. 4.2.1 The surface casing string pressure test shall comply with Article 4.1.1. 30min pressure drop
4.2.2 The pressure test pressure of technical casing string and production casing string is equal to 70% of the minimum internal pressure strength of the casing. During the pressure test, the pressure is stabilized for 30min, and the pressure drop is allowed to not exceed 0.5MPa.

5.1 The drilling team's engineering and technical personnel are responsible for the pressure test of the layer casing string and the technical casing string, and make records, sign them and fill them in the book history. 5.2 When the casing string is tested with dust, the drilling team engineering and technical personnel shall be responsible for the pressure test, and the geological technicians shall be on-site to supervise and fill in the pressure test record form, and both parties shall sign and fill in the record. 5.3 For drilling teams that implement the joint management system of Party B, Party B shall organize the pressure test, and the Chinese party or Party A's entrusted representative shall supervise on-site, fill in the form at the end of the pressure test, and both parties shall sign.
