The drafting unit of this standard is the Animal Husbandry Machinery Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences. This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of feed annular gap expanders (hereinafter referred to as expanders). This standard is applicable to expanders whose main working parts are screws and cone valves, and whose outlets are annular gaps, and which are used to expand and condition powdered feed. 2 Referenced standards

This standard adopts the following definitions.

4.3 The expander model consists of three parts: product code, type code and specification. Product codes and model codes are expressed in uppercase Chinese phonetic letters, and specifications are expressed in Arabic numerals. Example:

5. Technical requirements
Expanders shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1
5.2 Expanders shall be able to operate normally at ambient temperatures of 5~40℃. 5.3 The structure of the expander shall meet the following requirements: a) It can automatically adjust the size of the annular gap to meet the requirements of different material expansion degrees; b) It can accept liquid and solid feed additives; c) It can inject steam and water into the feed. Expanders shall be equipped with independent feed conditioners. 5.4
Expanders shall be equipped with independent feed feeders, and the feeder motor speed can be adjusted steplessly. The starch maturity of compound feed after expansion and conditioning shall not be less than 40%. The expanded feed should meet the requirements of GB13078. The average working time before the first failure is not less than 80h. The working life of the screw is not less than 600h.
After running empty for 1h, the bearing temperature rise does not exceed 35℃. During normal production of the expander, the expansion chamber temperature is controlled in the range of 90~140℃ according to the processing requirements of different raw materials. The expanded material must be steam-conditioned, and the moisture content of the material must be controlled in the range of 16%~25%. 5.13
The transmission mechanism of the expander must have a safety protection device. 5.14 Various necessary safety signs, operation signs, steering signs and lubrication signs should be set on the expander. Its specifications and colors should comply with the provisions of GB2893 and GB2894.
5.15 The main motor of the expander should have an automatic protection function when overloaded. 5.16
The noise is not more than 85dB (A).
The leakage dust concentration is not more than 10mg/m3.

The steam drum, steam pipeline and steam valve that come with the equipment shall be subjected to pressure test before leaving the factory, and the test pressure is 0.5-0.8MPa. The control, adjustment and display devices must be complete, sensitive and reliable. When expanding compound feed, the power consumption per ton of feed should not exceed 15kW·h/t. The paint layer on the surface of the parts should be firm and flat, and no peeling or falling off should be allowed. The surface after painting should be bright and flat. The surface of exposed unpainted metal parts (except stainless steel parts) should be treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment. When the empty vehicle is running, there shall be no abnormal vibration and impact sound. There shall be no oil leakage in the bearing box, reducer and hydraulic system. 5.24
The expander screw shall not rub against the inner wall of the expansion chamber. The expander pulley must be balanced and checked, and the allowable unbalance must meet the requirements of the balance quality G16 level in GB/T9239. 6 Test method
Test purpose
The purpose of the performance test is to assess the performance indicators and technical and economic indicators of the machine: Test conditions and requirements

2 The test site and prototype installation shall meet the following requirements: 6.2.2
a) The test site requires good ventilation and an ambient temperature of 5~40℃; b) There should be space for testing and maintenance around the expander installation: c) Test voltage The voltage is 380V, and the deviation is ±10%; d) During the test, the average load of the motor shall not exceed 10% of the rated power.
e) The test materials, water, and power supply shall meet the test requirements. The test steam pressure in the conditioner is 0.2~0.5MPa, and in the expansion chamber is 0.5~0.8MPao

6.5.1 Load power, current, voltage

Measure the load power, current and voltage of the main and auxiliary motors, and measure them every 5 minutes for a total of three times. 6.5.2 Speed
Measure the speed of the expander main shaft, conditioner shaft and feeder shaft for three times. 6.5.3 Pure working hour production capacity
At the expander outlet, take a sample of the expanded material every 5 minutes. The sampling time for each time shall not be less than 3 minutes. Calculate according to formula (2) and find the average value.

6.5.6 Mass of expansion material
6.5.6.1 Moisture content of expansion material
Take 50g of material at the outlet of the expander every 5 minutes, take samples three times in total, and measure the moisture content according to GB/T6435. 6.5.6.2 Temperature of expansion material
Take the material temperature at the outlet of the expander every 5 minutes with a point thermometer, measure it three times in total, and calculate the average value. 6.5.6.3 Degree of gelatinization
The percentage of the amount of gelatinized starch in the starch to the total amount of starch. Measured according to the method in Appendix B of SB/T10077-1992. 6.5.7 Noise
Measure the sound power level of the whole machine load noise according to the provisions of 6.4.3. 6.5.8 Leakage dust concentration

Inspection rules

7.2.1 Each expander must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturing unit, and issued with a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 2 Each expander shall be operated at rated speed for 1 hour under no-load conditions before leaving the factory, and shall meet the following requirements: 7.2.2
a) Normal and stable operation, no abnormal sound from the transmission mechanism: b) Other requirements shall comply with the provisions of 5.10, 5.16, 5.18, 5.23 and 5.24. Type inspection
1 The expander shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: 7.3.1
a) New product identification:
b) After formal production, the structure, material and process of the expander have been greatly changed, which may affect the product performance: c) During normal production, a type inspection shall be carried out every two years; d) When the product is resumed after two years of suspension; e) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result: f When the national quality supervision department puts forward the type inspection requirement. 2 The prototypes for type test shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and the number shall be no less than 2. 7.3.2

8.3 The packaging of expanders and their components shall comply with the following regulations: a) The expander shall be packed in a packaging box, and its bottom shall be firm and reliable; b) The machine shall not be inverted:
c) The packaging must have moisture-proof and rain-proof measures: d) The packaging must be firm and reliable and meet the requirements of the transportation management department. 8.4 Each expander shall be accompanied by the following documents: a) Product certificate:

8.5 The expander can be transported by water or land. During transportation, the expander, accessories, spare parts and accompanying documents must be kept intact. 8.6

a) When stored indoors, there shall be good ventilation and moisture-proof measures; b) When stored outdoors, there shall be support materials at the bottom, and there shall be measures to prevent rain, moisture and sunlight.
