Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CNC Turret Tool Holder 1. Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T8334.1—96 This standard specifies the type, parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage and transportation of vertical CNC turret tool holders (hereinafter referred to as tool holders). This standard applies to tool holders with vertical rotary axes, and the types and parameters are mainly applicable to newly designed tool holders. 2 Reference standards GB 9061 General technical conditions for metal cutting machine tools GB/T13306 Label General rules for precision inspection of metal cutting machine tools JB2670 JB/T3207 General technical conditions for packaging of machine tool accessories JB/Z189 Preparation of random technical documents for machine tool accessories ZBJ50004 Metal cutting machine tools Determination of noise sound pressure level 3 Types and parameters 3.1 The types of tool holders are divided into type A, type B and type C. The screw hole connection forms of each type are type 1, type 2 and type 3, as shown in Figure 1. 3.2 The parameters are recommended to use the values specified in Table 1, and special needs can be negotiated separately. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 11, 1996, 606 1996+10-01 implementation JB/T 8334. 1-96 Note: Tool table square A is the width across flats of a square or hexagon. Type B Tool table square A Tool tip height -series Series II Cut tool section height h Tool hole D Bolt hole Technical requirements 4.1 General requirements JB/T 8334.1--96 140(150) General technical requirements not specified in this standard shall generally comply with the provisions of GB9061. 4.2 Geometric accuracy inspection Inspections should be carried out with the tool holder locked. 4.2.1 4.2.2 During inspection, the actual inspection sequence can generally be arranged according to the installation and disassembly of inspection tools and the convenience of inspection. 320 4.2.3 When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance should be converted according to the measurable length in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.3.1.1 of JB2670; when the conversion result is less than 0.005mm, it is still calculated as 0.005mm. 4.2.4 Inspection items, tolerances and methods are shown in Table 2. 4.3 Static loading The tool holder should not produce irreversible permanent deformation after the specified static loading, and the accuracy of the tool holder re-inspected after the test should still meet the requirements of Article 4.2. 4.4 Operational performance According to the provisions and requirements of Article 5.2, the idling operation and simulated knife test (divided into balanced distribution and eccentric distribution) shall be carried out. No faults shall occur during the whole test process. The indexing clamping shall be flexible and reliable, and the positioning shall be accurate. The noise sound pressure level measured during the operation test shall not exceed 80dB(A). The re-inspection accuracy after the test shall still meet the requirements of Article 4.2. 4.5 Reliability According to the provisions of Article 5.3, the tool holder reliability test shall be carried out. The mean time between failures (MTBF) shall not be less than 60,000 times for level I and not less than 30,000 times for level II. 4.6 Spray waterproofing The tool holder shall have good sealing and waterproofing performance. There shall be no leakage and performance degradation after spraying. 608 JB/T8334.1-96 JB/T 8334. 1--96 &'t't'g's JB/T 8334. 1—96 +z'{'+s 001/200 5 Test method 5.1 Static loading test JB/T8334.1—96 The tool holder is in a locked state. At the position shown in Figure 2 on the simulated tool bar in the tool holder tool loading working position, apply the torque specified in Table 3 (avoid impact when applying force). The simulated tool bar should have sufficient rigidity, and the distance from the edge of the tool table to the line of action is 11.5h. If it is a tool hole, the corresponding turning tool section height h size is considered. Fixed on the blade table, Ensure the indicator is vertical and attached Note: RQ, Rs, Rx are recommended deformation test positions. A mm Tangential F. ×L Add Fs×L on top Add Fx×L on the bottom Add Fx×L on the bottom If necessary, the influence of the cutting tool section height h can be considered. The data in Table 3 can be selected by one gear down. 5.2 Operation test 5.2.1 Idle operation test Fix the tool holder. Under the premise of ensuring that each station is converted bit by bit and over-bit, the program controls the tool holder to conduct a continuous idle operation test of loosening, indexing and locking, not less than 1000 times within 8 hours. 5.2.2 Simulated band knife test Fix the tool holder and fix the simulated tool bar at each station. The tool bar size should be the maximum tool body size used by the tool holder, especially the overhang length should meet the actual possible use of the tool holder, and then proceed according to 5.2.1. After the above test, remove one tool bar to form a skewed weight, and then conduct a running test of not less than 500 times. 5.2.3 Noise test The noise test should comply with the provisions of ZBJ50004. 5.3 Reliability test JB/T 8334.1—96 Determine the sample n according to the actual situation, generally 10% of the batch products, but not less than 2 sets, and randomly select the sample, according to the product quality status, the number of truncation (t must be greater than the specified MTBF), and run it in an empty mode with replacement (including continued testing after repair), record the total number of failures r, and finally calculate the mean time between failures by formula (1): MTBF = n. When r<1, r=1. The total number of failures can be weighted according to regulations. 5.4 Spray test Under the idling test conditions, add a cooling nozzle to simulate the pressure and flow of the actual trial conditions to spray the tool holder in the working position. After the test, disassemble and inspect. There should be no cutting fluid inside, and the insulation performance of the electrical parts should not be reduced. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection Factory inspection is an inspection that must be carried out before the product leaves the factory. Each product must pass the inspection before leaving the factory. The inspection items include 4.1, 4.2, idling test (excluding noise requirements) and Chapter 7. 6.2 Type inspection Type inspection shall generally be conducted in one of the following situations: a. new product or old product transfer factory production trial type identification; b. product structure, materials, process has a major change that may affect product performance; c. when production is resumed after a long-term shutdown; regular or fixed batch inspection in normal production; d. other special needs. 6.2.2 Products provided for type inspection must be qualified products that have passed factory inspection. 6.2.3 Type inspection requires that products pass comprehensive inspections in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant test methods proposed in this standard, as well as appearance, packaging, and marking. The number of products to be inspected shall be determined by consultation on the site, and generally not less than 2 units. When unqualified items are found in the type inspection, double sampling shall be conducted. If there are still unqualified items, the type inspection shall not be passed. 7 Marking, packaging and storage and transportation 7.1 The product nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and be fixed in a prominent position on the product. It shall contain at least the following contents: manufacturer name;bZxz.net b. Product model and name; Manufacturing date or (and) number. 7.2 The product packaging, packaging box and box surface markings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3207. 7.3 The following random technical documents shall be prepared when the product leaves the factory. The documents shall comply with the provisions of JB/Z189 and have anti-oil pollution measures such as plastic bag packaging. Instruction manual; Certificate of conformity; Packing list. JB/T8334.1--96 7.4 The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, avoid rain and sunlight, prevent moth and store it together with corrosive items. 5 When product stacking is required, it should be clearly marked on the box surface. 7.5 Additional Notes: This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal Cutting Machine Tools.
