1 Scope
Technical conditions for rubber covering of coal shovel belt conveyor cylinder

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection period, packaging and storage of coal smoldering rubber covering on the roller of belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as cotton covering). This standard is widely used in the inspection of the surface of coal conveyor belt conveyor rollers for coal shovel belt conveyor. 2 Normative references

3.1 Appearance
The surface of the rubber package is smooth, 3.2 Physical properties of rubber coating
3.2.1 The tensile strength of the rubber coating layer should be no less than 15.5MPa. 3.2.2 The breaking length of the rubber coating layer should be less than 30%. 3.2.3 The tensile strength of the rubber coating layer should be 60-75SIA. 3.2.4 The tensile strength of the rubber coating layer should be less than 12Gr. 3.2.5 The tensile strength change rate of the rubber coating layer after 70% hot air treatment should be 25%-2%, and the breaking length change rate should be 25%-25%. 3.3 Inspection of rubber coating 3.3.1 The high strength of the rubber coating on the metal tube after heat curing (180% metal bonding 721) should be not less than 4.8kN/m. 3.3.2 The high insulation strength of the rubber coating on the metal tube after heat curing (130% metal bonding) should be not less than 9.8kN/m 3.4 Flame retardant properties The burning performance of each rubber layer under alcohol burner and fine lamp should meet the requirements of Table 1 3.5 Electrical conductivity The arithmetic average of the surface of the rubber coating and the lower surface should not exceed 1.1 MT 962—2005

4.6 The test of the separation strength of the amine coating layer shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GH/T15254-1991. 4. The plastic packaging layer of the package should be covered with packaging materials, and there should be quality inspection certificates on the packaging. 6.2 Storage
The plastic packaging layer should be stored in an environment with a temperature of -10~10℃ and a relative visibility of 50%~%. The surface of the plastic packaging layer should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight, and avoid contact with acid, brain, inflammation, plasticizers and other materials that may affect the quality of the product: 1m away from commercial heat sources, and the storage period should be regular.
