L is the extension length of the chain-shaped carrier teeth (when a tooth sleeve is used: it should be the total extension length including the tooth sleeve), and the limit deviation can be specified in accordance with the GB/T1804-grade;
3. Corresponds to the large end plane diameter of the tooth seat.
Figure B.1 Conical pick1 Measuring device
Use a special measuring device (see Appendix A) and a standard pick (see Appendix B) for measurement. 6.3.2 Inspection of drum diameter
Measure the distance from the tip of each pick on each blade to the center of the drum, take the average value and multiply by 2. 6.3.3 Inspection of roller cutting width
Measure the axial distance between the tips of the picks at the outermost edges of both ends of the drum. 6.3.4 Inspection of radial total runout of the blade pick tips Take the difference between the maximum and minimum values in the data measured in 6.3.2. 6.3.5 Inspection of end disc tooth drop
Measure the distance from the tip of each pick on each section of the end disc to the center of the roller, and the end disc tooth drop value is the nominal radius of the roller minus the measured value. The difference between the maximum and minimum values measured on each section is the radial circular runout value of the tooth tip on the section. 6.3.6 Inspection of section distance
Measure the axial distance between the tips of each two adjacent picks. 6.3.7 Check the roundness of the outer diameter of the end of the cylinder ring
Measure the distance from the outer diameter of the end of the cylinder ring to the center of the roller, and measure the difference between the maximum and minimum values. 6.3.8 Check the lead angle of the outer edge of the blade
The lead angle α of the outer edge of the blade with the same lead angle is calculated according to formula (1): a= arcsinH
Where:
H-the axial distance between the two ends of the outer edge of the blade with the same lead angle, in millimeters (mm); L-the unfolded length of the outer edge of the blade with the same lead angle, in millimeters (mm). 6.4 Check the positioning angle of the tooth seat
6.4.1 Check the positioning angle of the tooth seat of the flat pick roller Use a universal angle ruler to measure the angle between the top plane of the tooth seat and the axis of the roller. 6.4.2 Inspection of the positioning angle of the tooth seat of the cone pick roller Use a universal angle ruler to measure the angle α between the large end plane of the tooth seat and the axis of the roller, and calculate the tooth seat positioning angle β according to formula (2): β=arcsin
6.5 Inspection of the disassembly and assembly of the pick, fixed pick element and nozzle sina
sin45°
For all tooth seats and nozzle seats, disassembly and assembly inspection of the pick, fixed pick element and nozzle are carried out one by one. 6.6 Inspection of weld quality
