Appendix A Modification and determination of efficiency (Appendix to the standard)
JB/T8092-96
This standard is a revision of GB947788 "Types and basic parameters of small submersible electric pumps" and ZBK2000289 "Technical conditions for small submersible electric pumps", and the original two standards are merged into one. During the revision, the still applicable contents in GB947788 and ZBK20002-89 were retained, and the following modifications were made according to the development situation: 1. Small submersible electric pumps are a whole composed of pumps and motors, so this standard specifies the efficiency of electric pumps and their tolerances. 2. This standard removes some technical requirements that are unnecessary or impossible to assess, such as: requirements for vibration, noise, minimum torque of motors, etc.
3. This standard adds varieties and specifications of small submersible electric pumps, and allows the development of products that meet actual use requirements according to the provisions of the standard; 4. This standard lists the provisions on pump efficiency as Appendix A (Appendix to the standard), and merges the pump efficiency curves in GB9477-88 from A and B into one;
5. This standard unifies the test methods to implement GB/T1278591 "Test Methods for Submersible Electric Pumps", and specifies the length of the test cable; 6. This standard implements GB/T1.1-1993, and makes adjustments to the standard format. This standard shall replace GB9477-88 and ZBK20002-89 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Agricultural Machinery Standardization. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Irrigation and Drainage Machinery Research Institute of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. The participating drafting units of this standard: Irrigation and Drainage Machinery Research Institute of China Agricultural Mechanization Science Research Institute and Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute.
