Compared with the previous standard, this standard adds a 7:24 round shaft connection. The dividing head at the end of the shaft can be directly equipped with an accessory with a 7:24 handle. This standard shall be replaced by GB2553-81 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Yantai Machine Tool Accessories Research Institute: The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Yantai Machine Tool Accessories Research Institute. The drafting units of this standard are Yantai Machine Tool Accessories Factory and Wuhan Machine Tool Accessories Factory. The standard was first issued in 1078 and was revised for the first time in 1981. "\ Technical requirements 4.1 Appearance 4.1.1 The dividing head should be smooth and flat, without protrusions, pits and roughness as specified in the drawing. The surface of the workpiece should not have obvious defects such as pores, sand holes, slag, shrinkage holes, collisions, scratches and defects. 4.1.2 For the parts with scales, the brush lines should be clear and not easy to be worn. The scale parts with bottom plating should be polished chrome. 4.2 Safety and Hygiene 4.2.1 The outer surface of the indexing machine shall not have any sharp corners, burrs or other parts that may cause personal injury. 4.2.2 The indexing handle shall be easy and flexible to operate, and the handle shall have no locking force. 4.2.3 Twist the handle with 25N-m on the ±-axis locking handle. When the handle is released again, the indexing machine will instantly float without load. 4.3 Accessories and Tools GB/T 2554.2·-1998 The indexing machine shall be accompanied by accessories and tools to ensure its basic performance, including tail, center, fork, indexing plate, flange, chuck and T-slot control. The gear head shall also be accompanied by an exchange gear and its hanging wheel frame. 4.4 Processing and assembly 4.4.1 The surface of the front taper hole of the spindle shall be inspected by colorimetry with the standard gauge. The contact length and the contact ratio of the working length shall not be less than 75%. The load shall be close to the maximum. 4.4.2 The reverse travel of the indexing handle shall not be less than 1/40 of a turn. 4.5T Working piece 4. 5. 1 The indexing pin shall be positioned accurately. 4.5.2 The clutch assembly shall be flexible and the positioning shall be controllable. 4.5.3 The spindle shall be locked in the event of a failure. When the torque specified in Table 2 is applied, the locking force generated on the spindle shall meet the requirements. Center height mm Recovery force generated on the main gear. N·m 4.6 Operation 4.6.1 Universal indexing and differential indexing machines are connected correctly and run flexibly.4.6.2 The indexing head can be connected to the corresponding main engine and run normally. 5 Test method 5.1 Power connection test The front vertebral hole surface and the standard connection accuracy test are carried out according to the method specified in JB/T556%. 5.2 Tightening torque test Use a special torque wrench to add the torque value specified in Table 2 to the locking handle of the indexing head on the test head. The torque of the right main bearing of the indexing head should not be less than the requirements of Table 2. 5.3 Idle operation test The universal dividing head and the corresponding machine are idle operated. Under the operating conditions, 1) the gear ratio is adjusted according to the maximum and minimum gear ratios. 2) The machine tool is operated at the current fixed speed. 3) The operation is staggered by no less than 3 steps. 5.1 The required maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the conventional method selected by the manufacturer or the feasible method. 5 Inspection rules Inspection is divided into delivery inspection and type inspection 6.1 All products produced normally shall be qualified and can only be shipped with the production qualification certificate attached. Delivery inspection includes the provisions of this standard, 1~4.4 and Chapter 7 and GB/T2554.1. 6.2 Type environment includes all the contents of this standard. When the following conditions exist, retrospective type inspection shall be carried out: i) When the old product is transferred to the factory for testing and finalization! b) During normal production, the structure, material or process have changed greatly, which may affect the performance of the dividing head. 9 GB/T 2554.2—1998 c) When the enterprise conducts regular quality inspection or the superior quality supervision agency requires the walking elastic test. Marking and packaging 7.1 The name, model, manufacturing name and ex-factory date (or number) shall be marked in a conspicuous place on the product. 7.2 The product packaging shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3207.
