6.2.4 Dimensions of components
The width of the plug-in shall comply with the provisions of GB3017.1, GB3047.3, GB3047.2 and GB3047.4.6.3 Appearance and shape
6-3.1 The appearance design of structural products shall be divided into primary and secondary aspects to achieve stability, simplicity, solidity, fineness, firmness, brightness, coordination and newness. The appearance design of the structural products shall be stipulated by the structural product standards. 6.32 The shape design of structural products shall comply with the provisions of GB10217. 6.33 The appearance surface of structural products and their assembled structural parts shall be smooth, flat and precise. There shall be no obvious unevenness or mechanical scratches, cracks, burrs, destructive indentations or severe rust, etc. The specific technical indicators for inspection and assessment shall be stipulated by the structural product standards.
65.4 Materials and Design
6.4.1 All types of structural products shall be processed and manufactured according to the drawings approved by the prescribed procedures and the technical documents in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6.4.2 All structural materials shall be able to withstand the mechanical stress and heat resistance specified in the standards of each structural product. 6.4.3 The size and shape tolerances of structures and structural components shall comply with the provisions of GB1800~1804, GB1182~1184. The specific selection level shall be specified by each structural product standard. 6.5 Plates and trays
6.5.1 Cabinets, racks or tear boxes and other structures shall withstand the static loads engraved in Table 1. After the load is applied, it shall be elastically shaped and shall be able to return to its original state before the load is removed. After the load is added again, the whole ring (or handle) is allowed to have some deformation. When the load is lowered, the size requirements specified in the design drawings shall still be met. 6.52 Under the condition of static load listed in Table 2 on the cabinet, rack or plug structure, the structure should be able to withstand the displacement values ​​listed in Table 3, 10~50Hz, 58~150Hz, 1.58Hz~150Hz, 20Hz per line sweep, 80N micro-perturbation. 65.3 The structure of the cabinet, channel or plug-in unit shall withstand two falls at the joint height listed in Table 4. The overall structure after the fall shall still meet the dimensional requirements specified in the design drawings.

6.6 Electrical connection
The frame structure shall be equipped with a nut (or a grounding structure assembly) that can be replaced and is not less than MI. The measured resistance between each hardware part on the structure and the grounding nut (or double grounding assembly) shall not exceed 0.01 (an additional purple tape is allowed to be connected at the same time).
7 Connection test method
7.1 The test method of the shell protection of the structure shall comply with the provisions of GB4208. 7.2 The test method of the normal use environment shall be stipulated by each structural product standard. 3 The test method of the shape and position of the structure and the structure shall comply with the provisions of GB1958. 3
7.4. Static load test of cabinet or rack

, after evenly distributing the bacterial load selected by the product standard on the cabinet (or rack), check the geometric deformation of each place, and then cancel the load to check whether each place has returned to its original state before the load. After adding the load again, lift the cabinet (or frame) with the same length of the four rings and the top of the sensor frame at 55*5*, and then hang it for 10 minutes to check the deformation of each place. Finally, lift the cabinet (or frame) at both ends of the opposite corners, and then hang it for 1m to check the deformation of each place. After comprehensive inspection, it should still meet the size requirements specified in the design drawings. The static load test of the 7.5 plug-in box is uniformly distributed on the blue box. The static load (or insert the "matching plug-in" for testing) sheet selected by the standard is statically loaded for 4 hours to check the deformation of each place. After consideration, cancel the load and check whether each place has returned to its original state before the load. After adding the load again, lift the temporary box with the handle, and then put it down after 10 minutes to check the deformation of each place. After unloading, it still meets the size requirements specified in the design drawings. 7.5.1 The dynamic load test method for structures such as cabinets, racks or plug boxes shall comply with the provisions of GB2423.10 and GB2424.7. 7.5.2 The free fall test method for structures such as cabinets, racks or plug boxes shall comply with the provisions of GB2423.8 and GB2424.6: 7.6 Electrical connection performance test
Use the bridge method or DC voltage drop method to test the continuous resistance between each metal part on the structure and the grounding terminal (or burst nail, grounding accessory). The measured value shall comply with the provisions of 6.6.
B Acceptance regulations
B1 All types of structural products shall be subject to factory inspection. Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases:
Trial design and testing of various structural products
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes, re-determination shall be conducted: Synchronous inspection conducted regularly (five years, or after accumulating a certain number of batches) after formal production;
The data of factory inspection is different from the data of inspection during finalization;
Special inspection conducted as designated by the national quality supervision agency. B.2 The items and options of factory inspection and type inspection shall be stipulated by various structural product standards. 9 Sampling
