Some standard content:

QB/T 2189-1995
This standard is equivalent to the German standard DIN68857:1986 "Requirements and inspections for furniture hardware cup-shaped concealed hinges and their installation bases". QB/T1243-1991 "Mechanical properties test methods for furniture hardware cup-shaped concealed hinges" is formulated based on the compilation and testing of GB/T1.1-1987 "Guidelines for standardization work Unit 1: Drafting and expression rules of standards Part 1: Basic regulations for standard compilation", and only refers to the German standard DIN68857:1986, and does not include the technical requirements for products in the German standard. Therefore, in the formulation of this standard, QB/T1243-1991 should be abolished. This standard shall be implemented from July 1, 1996. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Furniture Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Furniture Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard: Shen Yanxiong.
1 Scope
Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Furniture Hardware
Requirements and Inspections for Cup-shaped Concealed Hinge and Its Mounting Base QB/T 2189-1995
Replaces QB/T1243-1991
This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for cup-shaped concealed hinges and their mounting bases (the mounting bases can be installed on the side panels of furniture).
2 Concept
The concept of cup-shaped concealed hinges and their mounting bases shall be in accordance with the provisions of Part 2 of German Standard DIN68856. The concept of furniture shall be in accordance with the provisions of Part 1 of German Standard DIN68880. 3 Dimensions and Markings
A cup-shaped concealed hinge and its mounting base (e.g. Type A) that meet the requirements of this standard shall be marked as follows: Cup-shaped concealed hinge DIN68857-A
The dimensions and markings of various types are shown in Table 1.
4 Requirements
4.1 Sequence
Cup diameter, mm
Opening angle (maximum), (°)wwW.bzxz.Net
In order to ensure that the inspection process is carried out in the prescribed manner, care should be taken to comply with the inspection sequence specified in Article 5.4.1. 4.2 Closing force
The closing force of a cup-shaped concealed hinge with a closing mechanism, when inspected in accordance with Article 5.4.2 (see Figure 1), shall not be less than 1.2N. Approved by China National Light Industry Association on December 5, 1995
Implemented on July 1, 1996
4.3 Carrying capacity

The cup-shaped concealed hinge shall be able to withstand the durability test specified in Article 5.4.4. 4.4 Closing force after durability test
After the durability test specified in Article 5.4.4, the closing force of the cup-shaped concealed hinge shall meet the requirements specified in Article 4.2. 4.5 Inspection door sinking
When inspecting according to Article 5.4.6, the sinking of the inspection door relative to the reference plane shall not exceed 2mm (see Figure 2). Labor board

4.6 Anti-overrunning
When inspecting according to 5.4.7 (see Figure 3), the suitability of the cup-shaped concealed hinge and its mounting base must be maintained. Note: The concept of "suitability" is defined in the German standard DIN66050. 192
5 Inspection
5.1 Brief description of the operating method
QB/T 2189—1995
Inspection door
Point of force
1F=50N
Inspection door anti-overrunning test
Install the two cup-shaped concealed hinges in the inspection device, fix the inspection device and make it in a horizontal state. The force points during opening and closing are the measuring points (see Figure 1). At every angle of the door, the force direction is always perpendicular to the door plane, and there is no lateral force component.
During the test, the opening angle should be 10° lower than that specified by the manufacturer. 5.2 Test conditions and test door

Over-limit test
*For the pattern board in accordance with the German standard DIN68761, part 1, the wood equilibrium moisture content index should comply with the laboratory climate (limit deviation: ±2%).
5.3 Preparatory measures
Store the cup hinge and the mounting base in the existing laboratory climate for one week. Then, the cup-shaped concealed hinge and the mounting base are fixed in the test device according to the manufacturer's installation instructions, and the test is then carried out. 5.4 Implementation
5.4.1 Sequence
The various test requirements shall be carried out in the following sequence: Closing force (actual value);
Test door position (reference plane) before durability test;193
-Durability test;
- Closing force after durability test;
QB/T2189-1995
- Test door sinking after durability test;-Overrun test.
5.4.2 Closing force
The closing force of the cup-shaped concealed hinge with closing mechanism is measured before the durability test at the measuring points specified in Table 2 (see Figure 1), and is measured from the closed state until the maximum opening gap reaches 0.5 mm when the test door is open. 5.4.3 Test door position (reference plane) The test door position is defined as the reference plane for the sinking test according to 5.4.6. 5.4.4 Durability test
The two cup-shaped concealed hinges are subjected to a durability test in the test device (see Table 2) and counted at the same time. 5.4.5 Closing force after durability test
The closing force of the cup-shaped concealed hinge with closing mechanism shall be measured again after the durability test; the measurement method shall be as in 5.4.2. 5.4.6 Sinking of the test door
Measure the sinking relative to the reference plane on the test door in the closed state. 5.4.7 Overrun resistance
The hinge is tested in the test device according to Figure 3 and Table 2. The test door is pulled with a force that increases continuously up to 50N. 6 Test report
In the case of reference to this standard, the following contents must be specified in the test report. a) Types and markings (concepts) of cup-shaped concealed hinges and their mounting bases; b) Various conditions that differ from this standard; c) Results of various tests; d) Test climate; e) Test agency; f) Test date.
