This standard specifies the model, basic quantity and appearance size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electric lubricating pumps 40MPa
This standard is used for electric lubricating pumps with a nominal pressure of 40MPa (hereinafter referred to as lubricating pumps) that supply lubricating oil to the system. 2 Reference Standards

Technical requirements
4.1 Running performance

When the lubricating oil tank is running under the nominal pressure, there should be no abnormal phenomenon. 4.2 When the external seal
lubrication system is under the nominal pressure, there should be no sea-through phenomenon at the external joints. 4.3 When the internal seal
lubrication system is under the nominal force, the pressure drop after stopping for 1min should not be greater than the nominal positive pressure. 4.4 Oil volume
When the lubricating oil tank is under the nominal force, the oil supply volume of the lubricating oil tank should not be less than the rated oil volume. 4. Oil level control
When the oil level in the lubricating oil tank is lower than the upper limit, it can automatically send a signal. 4. Oil scraper
The lubricating oil is rotated in the clockwise direction when the lubricating oil is received by the original force, and the counterclockwise direction is not effective. 4.7 The surface coating

5 Test method
5.1 Test parts
Measure the lubricating oil! The test medium is alcohol oil with a penetration value of 61.274.00mm/s, and the service life test medium is grease with a cone penetration of 265~295 (25r.150g>1/1Umm): the test is carried out at the test pressure of ±10·0.6MPa, the accuracy is 2.5 level 5.2. Adjust the pressure regulating and oil outlet pressure of the lubrication system to 40MPn: run 10ml. Its performance should meet the requirements of 4.1,
5.4 External sealing test
After the positive test is completed, visually check the external connection of the lubricating pump, and its performance should meet the requirements of 1.2. 5.5 Meat sealing test
Adjust the pressure regulating and oil outlet pressure of the lubrication pump to 40MPn: run 10ml. Its performance should meet the requirements of 4.1,
5.4 External sealing test
After the positive test is completed, visually check the external connection of the lubricating pump, and its performance should meet the requirements of 1.2. The pressure of the pressure regulating valve is adjusted to 45MPa. When the lubrication system pressure rises to 43MPa, stop the system and start the timing when the pressure drops to 40MPa. The pressure drop within 1 minute should meet the requirements of 4.
5.6 Over-supply test
Adjust the outlet pressure regulating valve pressure to 40MPa and the lubrication system pressure regulating valve to 43MPa. Supply oil for 3 minutes. The average oil volume should meet the requirements of 44. 5.7 Oil level control
Connect the upper and lower oil level switches to the alarm and Add lubricant oil into the oil plug. When the oil level is too low, a low level alarm should be issued: when the oil level is at the lowest level, the alarm should be stopped; when the oil level is at the highest level, a high level alarm should be issued. 5. Disassemble the lubricating pump and flush all the flushing parts of the parts (except the oil storage barrel) with filtered petroleum fermentation. Pass the flushed petroleum fermentation through medium-speed quantitative filter paper wrapped in a material with a torque of 120℃ and a temperature of 60mJh. Then put the filter paper in a drying oven at a temperature of 120℃ for 60min. Take out the filter paper after drying and weigh it again. The sum of the weight of the filter paper after passing through and the weight before passing through is the impurity weight, which should comply with the provisions of 4.8 and 5.11 Life test
Adjust the lubricating pump to 43MPa, and adjust the outlet pressure to 40MPa+ for 2000h. Then measure the oil supply according to the provisions of 5.6, which should comply with the provisions of 1.9.
6 Inspection rules
