1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
QB/T1425—1991
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ZWC series super calenders. 3.1 Basic requirements
3.1.1 Products should comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The manufacture of products should comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842. 3.1.3 The installation and acceptance of products should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of QBJ1. 3.2 Performance requirements
3.2.1 After being processed by the super calender, the paper should meet the specified paper smoothness, tightness and thickness requirements. 3.2.2 The product should reach the specified working speed and working line pressure. 3.3 Processing quality
3.3.1 The production process and chemical composition of the calender roller are determined by the supplier. If the buyer has special requirements for its material, it can be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
3.3.2 The thickness of the cold hard layer and the surface roughness of the calender roller surface should meet the requirements of Table 1. 3.3.3 The middle height value of the top roller and the bottom roller surface shall be processed according to the design requirements if the user has no special requirements. 3.3.4 The roundness tolerance of the calender roller surface is Grade 5 as specified in GB/T1184. 3.3.5 The cylindrical tolerance of the calender roller surface (except for the middle and high rollers) is Grade 6 as specified in GB/T1184. 3.3.6 The radial runout of the calender roller surface to the common axis of the two supporting shaft diameters is Grade 6 as specified in GB/T1184. 3.3.7 The hardness of the roller surface on the working width shall not be less than 70HS, and the hardness difference of the same roller surface shall not exceed 4HS. 3.3.8 The working roller surface width of the calender roller is not allowed to have defects such as pinholes and sand holes that affect the performance. The diameter of the pinholes and sand holes on the roller surface outside the working surface width shall not exceed 0.5mm, the depth shall not exceed 1mm, and there shall be no more than 3 per 100cm2, and no repair is required. 3.3.9 The hardness of the calender roller journal shall not exceed 48HS. 3.3.10 The frame shall be aged after casting.
3.3.11 The straightness of the frame positive guide surface shall not exceed 0.05mm/m, and shall not exceed 0.20mm in the entire length. 3.3.12 The straightness of the frame side guide surface shall not exceed 0.70mm. 3.3.13 The verticality of the frame bearing seat platform to the positive guide surface shall not exceed 0.08mm/m. 3.3.14 The verticality of the frame bearing seat platform to the side guide surface shall not exceed 0.15mm/m. 3.3.15 The paper roller shall comply with the relevant provisions of the corresponding standards. 3.4 Assembly quality
3.4.1 The horizontality of the span of the bearing seat platform surface of the paired frame bottom roller shall not exceed 0.05mm/m (only the transmission side is allowed to be higher). The parallelism of the front guide surfaces of the two frames at the center of the bottom roller shall not exceed 0.1mm. 3.4.2
3.4.3 The positive guide rail surfaces of the paired racks are placed horizontally close to each other at any two positions with a ruler, and the fitting gaps at all four places are checked with a feeler gauge. No more than 0.05mm should be filled in.
3.4.4 The axial levelness of the bottom roller shall not exceed 0.05mm/m (only the transmission side is allowed to be higher). 3.4.5 The through-hole cold-cast roller shall be subjected to a 0.5MPa water pressure test, and the two ends of the shaft heads shall be kept for 15 minutes without sweating. 3.4.6 The cylinder body shall be subjected to a 9MPa oil pressure test, and there shall be no leakage and pressure reduction for 15 minutes. For each batch of production, only one cylinder is allowed to be lifted and lowered for 3 to 5 times, and it is required to be flexible up and down without blocking. 3.4.7
3.4.8 After assembly, the piston cylinder shall be subjected to a 6.5MPa oil pressure test to check whether the piston is flexible and sealed when running up and down. 3.4.9 After the hydraulic control console is assembled, a 6.5MPa pressure test shall be carried out to check that there is no leakage in all parts, and the specified action test shall be carried out according to the hydraulic principle diagram.
3.4.10 All rollers shall rotate flexibly without obstruction. 3.4.11 The inner and outer lifting platforms shall slide up and down along the rail column smoothly and smoothly, and the lifting and lowering shall be sensitive. The safety devices shall be safe and reliable. 3.4.12 The crane shall operate normally, the lifting hook shall be smooth, the brake shall be sensitive and reliable, and no deformation that affects safety shall occur under the rated load.
3.4.13 The gearbox shall comply with the requirements of GB/T10095, and its gear accuracy level shall not be lower than level 7. 3.5 Safety
3.5.1 When the product is running with material, the noise (sound pressure level) at 1 m from the outer end of the operating side shall not exceed 94 dB(A). 3.5.2 Safety protection devices shall be installed on the parts of the product that may cause damage to people or equipment. 3.6 Appearance quality
3.6.1 The appearance of the machine parts should be smooth and clean, the outer edges of the joints of adjacent parts should not have obvious unevenness, and the pipe railings should be smooth and neat. 3.6.2 The requirements for painting the outer surface of the product should comply with the provisions of QB/T842.7 when the user has no special requirements. 31

4 Test methods and inspection rules

4.1 The whole product is assembled at the user's factory, but pre-assembly should be carried out at the manufacturer. 4.2 Each product should be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and documents proving the product's qualification should be attached when it leaves the factory. 4.3 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 4.3.1 Factory inspection

The processing quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.3, and the quality records can generally be checked; the paper pulp roller inspection shall comply with the relevant provisions of the corresponding standards; the assembly quality inspection shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.4, of which Articles 3.4.8, 3.4.9, 3.4.11, and 3.4.12 allow the calender roller surface hardness and cold hard layer thickness to be measured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB1504 during commissioning at the user's factory; the appearance quality inspection shall be carried out by visual inspection and shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.6; the inspection of geometric tolerances shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1958. When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. 5.2 The super calender shall have lubrication, operation, safety and other indication labels, the content of the labels shall be correct, and the type and size shall refer to the relevant provisions of JB/T8.
5.3 The accompanying documents shall include:

Packing list.
5.4 The packaging, storage and transportation of the products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842. 32
