2.2 Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve
A diaphragm valve that combines the electromagnetic pilot valve and the right-angle pulse valve and is directly controlled by the output signal of the pulse spraying electronic controller. 2.3 Spray width
The spraying time of the pulse valve opening once.
3 Technical requirements
3.1 Environmental conditions
Environmental temperature -25~+55℃;
Relative humidity of ambient air does not exceed 85%;
No corrosive medium in ambient air;
Gas source medium temperature is 1~50℃.
3.2 Appearance qualitybzxZ.net
The surface is treated with anti-corrosion, without coating peeling, burrs, scratches and other damages, parts are reliably installed, and the text on the nameplate is clear. 3.3 Gas source pressure and medium
The pressure is 0.4~0.7MPa, and the medium is clean gas that has been degreased and dehydrated. 3.4 Opening voltage
Under the nominal gas source pressure, when the working voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage, the solenoid pulse valve can be opened. 3.5 Closing gas pressure
When the gas source pressure is not less than 0.3MPa, the pulse width can be closed. 3.6 Blowing width
Under the specified working conditions, the blowing width of the pulse valve can be changed within the range of 0.06~0.4s. 3.7 Pressure resistance
Connect the clean gas with a gas source pressure of 0.8MPa, and there is no leakage. 3.8 Insulation resistance (when the DC voltage is 24V) Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 25, 1991 and implemented on October 1, 1992
JB/T5916-91
3.8.1 Under the specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell is greater than 1Mn. 3.8.2 Under the conditions of room temperature of 5~35℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand a voltage of 50Hz, 250V to the shell for 1min without breakdown.
3.9 Anti-vibration performance
When the valve is in normal working state, it should be able to work normally after being subjected to vibration with a frequency of 20Hz and a full amplitude of 2mm for 30 minutes.
3.10 Diaphragm service life
Under normal working conditions, the cumulative service life of the diaphragm should be more than 200,000 times. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Appearance inspection
4.1.1 The valve surface has no obvious coating peeling, scratches, burrs and other damage. 4.1.2 The nameplate text is clear, and the fasteners are reliably installed and must not be loose or missing. 4.2 Functional inspection
4.2.1 Gas source for functional inspection
Clean air with oil and water removal and adjustable pressure in the range of 0 to 0.8MPa; the volume of the gas tank is not less than 0.5m3. 4.2.2 Opening voltage test
Connect clean air with a gas source pressure of 0.7MPa. When the output control voltage of the electronic controller is 85% of the nominal voltage and the spray width t is 0.03s, the electromagnetic pulse valve opens normally. 4.2.3 Closing pressure test
Connect clean air with a gas source pressure of 0.3MPa, and the pulse valve should be reliably closed. 4.2.4 Blowing width test
Measure the blowing width with a pressure sensor and an oscilloscope. 4.2.5 Pressure resistance performance test
4.2.5.1 For the pressure resistance performance test, use a pressure gauge with a range of 0.1MPa and an accuracy of 1.5. 4.2.5.2 Press in clean air with a gas source pressure of 0.8MPa, and there is no leakage. 4.2.6 Insulation resistance test
4.2.6.1 Use a megohmmeter with a 500V, a range of 0 to 500MQ, and a precision of Class 1 to measure the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell under specified environmental conditions.
4.2.6.2 Under the conditions of room temperature of 5 to 35°C and relative humidity not exceeding 85%, the electromagnetic coil is subjected to a 50Hz, 250V sinusoidal AC voltage to the shell for 1 minute, and there is no breakdown. 4.2.7 Anti-vibration test
Fix the valve on the vibration test bench and withstand vibration with a frequency of 20Hz and a full amplitude of 2mm for 30 minutes. The valve should work normally and the fasteners should not be loose.
4.2.8 Temperature and humidity test
4.2.8.1 Place the valve in an environment with a temperature of 55±2℃, keep it for 60 minutes, and then connect the clean air with a gas source pressure of 0.40.7MPa. Under the condition that the electronic controller has a blowing width t of 0.12s and a blowing interval t of 1min, the valve should work normally after 60 minutes of testing. 4.2.8.2 Place the valve under the conditions in the table below, and connect the clean air with a gas source pressure of 0.4~0.7MPa. Under the condition that the electronic controller has a blowing width t of 0.12s and a blowing interval ta of 1min, the valve should work normally. Article
