b. The coating quality shall comply with the provisions of JB/T2836. The number of coating defects such as leakage plating and peeling with a maximum diameter not exceeding 3mm on the same roller shall not exceed 6 (the defect diameter starts from 1mm). 4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 Test methods
4.1.1 Dimensional tolerances shall be inspected by conventional methods; surface roughness shall be inspected by comparison samples or profilometers, and surface bumps and scratches shall be inspected by visual inspection. 4.1.2 The full runout of the roller facing the common axis of the two end journals shall be inspected according to GB/T1958, and inspection on machine tools is also allowed. 4.1.3 Residual unbalance detection of steel tube rollers
a. Dynamic unbalance shall be tested in accordance with GB5799, b. Static balance shall be tested by horizontal flat guide shaft method. 4.1.4 Rubber-coated rollers shall be tested in accordance with GB/T9897 test method. 4.2 Inspection rules
4.2.1 Each product shall be inspected by the manufacturer before entering the paper machine assembly or leaving the factory. Products shall be accompanied by inspection certificates when leaving the factory. 4.2.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5. When the roll surface has a coating layer, the corresponding articles in 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 shall be selected for inspection according to the rollers with different coating layers. 4.3 Judgment rules: Factory inspection shall assess product quality according to the lowest quality grade of the inspection results. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
5.1 Marking
QB/T 1422. 5-—1992
5.1.1 When the product leaves the factory alone, a nameplate shall be nailed on the end face of the roller step or the end face of the shaft. The type and size of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. The product nameplate shall include the following:
Product name, model;
Product specification;
Factory date and factory number;
Manufacturer name.
3 The graphic markings for packaging, storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB/T6388. 5.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.2.1 The exposed processing surface of ferrous metal should be coated with anti-rust grease, the rubber surface should be coated with talcum powder, and then wrapped with moisture-proof paper. The roll surface should be evenly wrapped with a 5~10mm thick soft protective layer, and then the shaft head should be fixed in the wooden box. The gap between the roller and the roller should not be less than 50mm. 5.2.2 The packaging should comply with the requirements of GB/T14253. 5.2.3 During transportation and storage, the product should be protected from rain, moisture and chemical corrosion. 5.2.4 For long-term storage, the product should be rotated 180° regularly according to the slenderness, and the anti-rust treatment should be re-applied every year. 5.2.5 The marking, packaging, storage and transportation of rubber-coated rollers should comply with the provisions of GB/T9897.
