For ease of use, this standard has made the following editorial changes: a) Use decimal point'. \ replaces the comma " as a decimal point, b) deletes the preface of the international standard; c) adds Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 that mention the appendix; d) the basic deviation code is changed to the tolerance value, Appendix A and Appendix A of this standard are normative appendices, and Appendix B is an informative appendix. This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard was proposed by the National Vacuum Technology Standardization Technical Committee (CSBTS/TC18) and belongs to TI.
