This standard is a revision of the original national standard GD/T10691-1989 Anti-corrosion Materials (the standard was issued by China Light Industry No. 112 in 1999 and the standard number was changed to QB/T3870-1999: the content remains unchanged). This standard has three major changes compared with the original QB/T3870-1999: the marking example is added (see 3.3)

3 Product classification
3.1 Type
Product type, ... 1. The structure of the wrench is divided into two types: single-head wrench and double-head wrench. The opening part is divided into two types, represented by A (indicated by A), head type (indicated by W) and variable collar type (indicated by W), as shown in Figure 6. 3.t.2 The wrench can be made into an eleven-sided shape, and the 6mm hand hole is called a hexagon. The marking of the product is arranged in the order of product name, series number, specification, type code and standard number. Appendix 1: For example, the size of the flower is 17mm, the damage is marked as a single head flower with a mark of: #17AQL2613.5. Example 2: The size of the flower is 17mm×mm, the damage is marked as: G type double head flower with a mark of: $h1719/12613.5. 4 Requirements 4.1 Materials 4.1 Materials Q/T2613.5·2003 These materials should pass the anti-damage performance test specified in GB/T10686. 4.2 Surface quality The flower should not have any wrinkles, obvious scratches, hair, cut marks, green marks, etc. 4.21 The thickness of the wrench should not be less than 25um. 4.3 Hardness Use copper wrench: Its hardness should not be less than 10HRC. For modern wrenches made of copper, its hardness should not be less than 10-25HRC.

5 Test method
5. Explosion-proof performance test
The flame-proof performance test under the condition of copper plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/10686. 5.2 Other tests
The other tests shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the relevant provisions ... The AQL (number of unqualified products per unit product) and the inspection level of each product shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.
