Technical Conditions for Rubber Fatigue Testing Machines
1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG/T2067-
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for rubber fatigue testing machines. This standard is applicable to fatigue testing machines (hereinafter referred to as testing machines) for testing fatigue characteristics such as flexural cracking and tensile fatigue of rubber. Fatigue testing machines of other types of rubber materials may also refer to this standard. 2 Reference Standards
GB26111
General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines
3 Main Structure
The testing machine is mainly composed of a power drive system, a transmission mechanism, reciprocating motion components and a numerical control device. 3.1 The power drive system consists of a motor and a speed change mechanism. 3.2 The transmission device consists of two sets of V-groove eccentric wheels, sliders and connecting rods, which drive the reciprocating parts to do up and down reciprocating motion. The maximum stroke of reciprocating motion is 100mm. The double connecting rods should be parallel, and the parallelism of the double connecting rods within a length of 100mm is less than 0.2mm. An eccentric connecting rod mechanism can also be used as a transmission device. 3.3 The reciprocating parts are composed of a cross connection device, two hollow sliding columns and four groups of upper, middle and lower clamps in double rows. The reciprocating motion can also be completed in the form of double column upper and lower clamps. 3.4, various devices are used to record the number of reciprocating times or complete CNC functions. Technical requirements
4.1 Normal working conditions of the testing machine
The surrounding environment is free of vibration. No corrosive medium; a
Environmental temperature is within the range of 10~35℃;
Correctly installed on a solid foundation:
d, relative humidity 30%~85%;
The error of power supply voltage is ±10% of the rated voltage. 4.2 Mechanical part
4.2.1 The tooth surface of the clamp should be on the same vertical plane with a flatness of 0.5mm. 4.2.2 The clamp should clamp the sample reliably and there should be no relative slip during the test. 4.2.3 When the scale is *0\, the stroke of the clamp should not exceed 0.5mm. 4.2.4 The reciprocating motion of the gripper should be smooth, without obvious swing and impact, and the change of momentum should not exceed 0.3mm. 4.3 Counter
The testing machine should be equipped with a counter with automatic counting display, top setting, pause, memory, automatic shutdown and sound alarm functions. 4.4 Frequency
The frequency of the testing machine can be 4.16Hz, 5Hz, and 8.33Hz. When stepless frequency modulation is used, it should be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 4.16~8.33Hz. The frequency is displayed by the indicator. The relative error of the frequency shall not exceed ±4%. 4.5 Temperature After the test machine has been working continuously for 2 hours, the temperature rise caused by the grinding of the moving parts shall not exceed 15℃. 4.6 Noise The noise of the test machine should be less than 70dB (A). 4.7 Appearance and electrical performance requirements Appearance quality and electrical requirements shall comply with the general requirements of GB2611. 4.8 Transport bump test The test machine shall be able to withstand the transport bump test without damage under packaging conditions. The test machine after frequency bump shall still meet the requirements of this standard without adjustment.
5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
Should meet the requirements of Article 4.1,
5.2 Inspection instruments
Measuring instruments: ruler, vernier caliper, feeler gauge. Dial indicator; sound level meter;
Point thermometer:
Stopwatch;
Mgohmmeter (500V);
f. Tachometer. bzxZ.net
5.3 Flatness detection method
Put one right-angled side of a special square ruler on the clamp, and use a feeler gauge to check whether the distance between the end face of the other right-angled side and the sliding column meets the requirements of Article 4.2.3.
5.4 Scale zeroing
Adjust the slider to 0 scale, turn the handwheel, and use a dial indicator to measure the upper end face of the moving clamp to make the reciprocating stroke of the moving clamp meet the requirements of Article 4.2.3.
5.5 Determination of the swing amount of the moving clamp
Within the 70mm length range of the side of the moving clamp, use The swing amount checked by the dial indicator shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.4. 5.6 Counting device
Turn on the power of the test machine and check the operation of the counting device. It shall meet the requirements of Article 4.3. 5.7 Rate detection
Use a stopwatch to check the reciprocating frequency of the moving clamp, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.4. 5.8 Temperature rise test
Continuously run for 2 hours, use a point thermometer to measure the temperature rise of the moving parts due to friction, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.5. 5.9 Noise test
The noise during the operation of the test machine shall meet the requirements of Article 4.6. 5.9.1
Noise measurement method
The sound level meter shall face the sound source and be parallel to the horizontal plane: the height of the sound level meter from the ground is 1.5m;
c. The distance between the sound level meter and the instrument is 1m;
The measurement points shall not be less than four points around the instrument, and the maximum reading value measured at each measurement point shall be the instrument noise sound pressure level. d.
Test data processing
HG/T2067—91
When measuring noise, the background (ambient) noise should be measured first, and its value should be at least 10dB (A) lower than the sound pressure level when the test machine noise is measured. If the difference is less than 3dB (A), the measurement is invalid: if the difference is 3~9dB (A), correct it according to the table L,-l2
In the table: L
Noise sound pressure level during measurement;
A background noise sound pressure level:
Correction value, the noise pressure level is L,-△L
5.10 Appearance and electrical performance
Observe the appearance And the electrical device shall meet the requirements of Article 4.7. 5.11 Transport test
After the test machine is packaged, it shall run 200km on a third-class highway at a speed of not less than 30-40km/h. It shall meet the requirements of Article 4.8.
.6 Inspection rules
Each test machine shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department and accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product before it can leave the factory. 6.1
6.2 Test items
6.2.1 The test machine is divided into two categories: factory test and type test a.
Factory test: According to Articles 4.2 to 4.7 of this standard, test each item and each machine one by one. Type test: Sampling and inspection shall be carried out item by item in accordance with Articles 4.2 to 4.8 of this standard. Type test shall be carried out in the following cases:
Trial production of new products (including conversion of old products); when there are major changes in product design, process or materials and supporting components used; Regular inspection of batch-produced products
6.2.3 Sampling
Regular inspection and type test shall be carried out, generally once a year, and no less than 2 units shall be inspected each time. b.
Quality evaluation of similar products, sampling at a ratio of 5% per batch, but no less than 3 units. 6.2.4 Judgment rules
If there are unqualified items in the test machine of the factory test, it can be repaired once and re-inspected. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged to be unqualified.
b. Type test shall be carried out on products that have passed the factory test. If one unit fails in the random inspection, it can be repaired once. If two units fail in the same item, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Each test machine should have a product nameplate fixed in a conspicuous position. 7.2 The entire test machine should be packed in a wooden box. The inner wall of the box should be sealed with moisture-proof paper, and the instrument should be fixed in the wooden box to prevent displacement and damage during transportation.
7.3 The words and marks on the outer wall of the packaging box should not be blurred due to long time and rain washing. The contents are as follows: a.
