3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Sludge ratio N
The percentage of material under the sieve of less than 500μm after sludgeification. 3.2 Filter cake volume resistance R
A parameter that characterizes filterability, the value of which is equivalent to the pressure difference required to make the liquid phase with a viscosity of 1Pa·s in the suspension pass through a filter cake layer of 1m thick at a speed of 1m/s [1m/(m2·s)]. 3.3 Repeatability limit and reproducibility limit
are defined as follows according to GB3715:
Repeatability limit: the critical value of the difference between the results of repeated tests on the same coal sample by the same operator on the same instrument in the same laboratory under a specific probability. Reproducibility limit: the critical value of the difference between the average values of the results obtained by repeated measurements on the scaled samples of the same coal sample in different laboratories under a specific probability. Or, the critical value of the difference between the average values of the results obtained by two different testers at different times using different test instruments on the scaled samples of the same coal sample under a specific probability. 4 Coal samples
4.1 The sampling of test coal samples shall comply with the provisions of GB475, GB481 and MT/T808. Coal sample preparation shall be carried out in accordance with GB474. 4.2 Coal samples shall be dried in the sun until they are air-dried. Prepared coal samples shall be sealed in plastic bags or other containers to avoid weathering. 4.3 When weighing coal samples, they should be fully mixed and evenly mixed first, and then weighed in small portions. 4.4 The collection, reduction and storage of coal slurry samples shall refer to MT190 and MT/T808. 5 Equipment and instruments
5.1 Weighing equipment
Table (pound) scales, table scales or electronic scales with a maximum weighing capacity of 500 (or 200) kg, 100 kg, 20 kg, 10 kg and 5 kg. The minimum scale value of the table scale or table scale and the minimum sensitivity of the electronic scale shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The maximum weighing capacity of the electronic balance or analytical balance is -2 kg, and the sensitivity is 0.1 g. The precision electronic balance or analytical balance has a maximum weighing capacity of 100 to 200 g and a sensitivity of 0.0001 g. Table 1

Drying oven: self-controlled temperature, temperature adjustment range: room temperature ~ 200℃. Adjustable variable temperature electric furnace: 500~2000W.
Electric heating plate (1500W): electric furnace (1000~2000W). 5.3 Timing device
Automatic timer: range 0~10min; accuracy, 1s. Stopwatch: accuracy 0.01s.
5.4 Test sieve

Other apertures may be added when necessary. 5.5 Special instruments, equipment or supplies for each test method shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 6 Preparation of heavy liquid
6.1 Heavy liquid is used for various types of floating and sinking tests of various coal samples (such as coal floating and sinking test, coal powder floating and sinking test, rapid floating and sinking test, etc.). 6.2 When preparing heavy liquid, work clothes, glasses, rubber gloves and masks should be worn. When preparing organic heavy liquid and conducting floating and sinking tests of organic heavy liquid, both should be carried out in a fume hood. 6.3
6.4 Zinc chloride heavy liquid and organic heavy liquid can be prepared according to Table 2. Table 2 Reference table for preparation of heavy liquid
(g/cm2)
Mass concentration of zinc chloride heavy liquid

6.6 Use a densitometer (minimum scale value 0.001g/cm2) to detect the prepared heavy liquid. The density of the heavy liquid should be accurate to 0.003g/cm2. 7 Tests and measurements
7.1 Basic requirements
Each coal preparation test and measurement method should pay attention to the accuracy of the instrument, the accuracy of the supplies, the stability of the operation and the standardization of the measurement unit. This especially involves:bzxZ.net
(1) Before the test, the instrument must be adjusted normally and stably, and the density of the heavy liquid used must be accurate; (2) The test sieve (including homemade) must comply with the provisions of GB6003, and the aperture cannot be expressed in "mesh" or "mesh", but should be expressed in \mm" (when greater than or equal to 1mm) or \μm (when less than 1mm); (3) The measured value meets the precision requirements.
7.2 Test water
7.2.1 The coal slurry water sedimentation test is carried out with the original coal slurry water from the coal preparation plant; when designing the coal preparation plant, the production water is used to carry out a simulated washing test to obtain the coal slurry water sample
7.2.2. Use tap water to wash the heavy liquid adhered to each floating and sinking test product. 7.2.3 Comparable flotation test, step-release flotation test, and grinding stone mud test are carried out with distilled water or ion exchange water. 3
MT/T809-1999
7.2.4 Coal slime filter press test is carried out with production water or tap water with similar properties. 7.2.5 Determination of contact angle is carried out with distilled water. 7.3 Test allowable difference
7.3.1 Ash content:
Screening test, floating and sinking test, flotation test, the difference between the ash content of the coal sample and the weighted average ash content of each product (product) is allowed to be determined according to the three intervals of the ash content of the coal sample (relative value or absolute value): less than 15%, 15% to 30%, and greater than 30%. 7.3.2 Quality:
The allowable difference of mass loss in various tests: 2% to 3%. 7.4 Parallel test
If the difference between the two measured values meets the precision T requirement, the arithmetic mean is taken as the measurement result; otherwise, a third measurement is required. If the range of the three measured values is less than 1.2T, the arithmetic mean of the three measured values is taken as the measurement result; otherwise, a fourth measurement is required. If the range of the four measured values is less than 1.3T, the arithmetic mean of the four measured values is taken as the measurement result; if the range is greater than 1.3T, and the range of three of the measured values is less than 1.2T, the arithmetic mean of these three values can be taken as the measurement result. If none of the above conditions are met, all the measurement results should be discarded, the instrument and operation should be checked, and then the measurement should be repeated. 8 Precision
The precision of a test or measurement is expressed in terms of repeatability and reproducibility. 9 Expression of test results
9.1 Rounding of test data shall be carried out in accordance with GB8170
9.2 The measured values and reported values of each item and analytical and test index shall be rounded to the number of digits specified in Table 3. Table 3 Test data rounding regulations
