4.4.1 Gaskets should be free of odor and meet the requirements of GB9681. 4.4.? Gaskets should be flat and free of defects and foreign matter. 4.4.3 Gaskets and bottle caps should be firmly bonded.
5 Test method
5.1 Bottle cap material
5.1.1 Bottle cap material test method shall be carried out in accordance with G132520. 5.2 Bottle cap appearance
5. 2.1 The basic dimensions of the bottle cap shall be measured by general or special gauges. 5.2.2 The external indicators of the bottle cap shall be inspected by actual gauges.
5. 3 Bottle cap characteristics
5.3.1 Bottle cap paint film rolling loss test
High-quality products
5.3.1.1 Randomly select 50 bottle caps with gaskets and divide them into groups, with 25 in each group. Weigh the clean sample caps to an accuracy of 0.1 mg. 5.3.1.2 Put the bottle cap into the rolling loss instrument and rotate it at a speed of 20 revolutions per minute for 50 min. 5.3.1.3 Take out the sample cap, clean it, weigh it, and be accurate to 0.1ng. 5.3.1.4 Take the average of the difference between the two groups as the rolling consumption value. 5.3.2 Bottle cap corrosion resistance test
5.3.2.1 Slowly add 81mL concentrated hydrochloric acid (density 1.19g/cm2) into 700ml. distilled water, and then add 200g sulfuric acid to completely dissolve it in the acid solution.
5-3.2.2 Soak the bottle cap in copper sulfate solution and stir it slowly. After 305, take it out and rinse it with water to observe whether there is rust except for cheddar.
5-3.3 Bottle cap pressure resistance test
5. 3. 3. 1 Instantaneous pressure resistance
2 Take 10! Bottle caps with complete gaskets are grouped together. Use a capping machine to press them onto the bottle mouth equipped with a one-way valve and a pressure gauge pressure-resistant device. The bottle mouth should comply with the provisions of CB10809.
After checking the sealing grid, put them into the water tank and fill the bottle with carbon dioxide, air or nitrogen. Starting from 300 kPa, stop for 1 minute for each increase in pressure of 100 kPa to observe whether there is any leakage and make a record. 5.3.3.2 Continuous carbon dioxide leakage (simulated pasteurization test) a. Inject 0.13mol/L HCl into 24 bottles and leave no less than 4% of the space in the bottle. h. Put NaHCO (flaky is best) into the bottle at a ratio of 12.6NaHCO in 1Lo.15mal/L HCl, and immediately seal the bottle with the bottle cap to be tested.
c. Place all the bottles that have been sterilized in a constant temperature water bath for pasteurization and pay attention to whether there is any leakage. d. Leave the pasteurized bottles at room temperature. Take half of the bottles for a week and measure the carbon dioxide content with a carbon dioxide meter. The rest are kept at room temperature for a while and then measured again. The measured secondary carbon dioxide content is compared. 5.4 Gaskets
5.4.1 The sanitary index of gaskets shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 5009.69. 5.4.2 The appearance of gaskets shall be inspected daily.
5.4.3 The gaskets shall not leak out naturally after being opened by the pasteurization sterilizer. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products must be inspected by the inspection department before they can be used and accompanied by a product certificate. 6.2 Product inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection sequence specified in GB2828. If there are a specified number of items in the product inspection method, the specified number of samples will be used for judgment.
6.3 The same batch of products with the same material, same process and same specification shall be regarded as one inspection batch. 6.4 The classification of unqualified products is shown in Table 3, among which Class 8 is used as the type inspection. Table 3

6.7.2 Check the samples according to Table 3, and the statistics of unqualified products are in accordance with the provisions of R2828 except for Class A. And judge whether the batch is qualified or not according to the judgment array of the sampling plan.
6-7.3 Batches of products judged as Class A unqualified shall not be shipped! The manufacturer shall conduct full grain inspection or rework of the product and then submit it for inspection again. After passing the inspection, it can be shipped.
6-7.4 Batches of products judged as Class B and Class C unqualified can be handled by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.? Marking, packaging, transportation, storage||tt| |7.1 The packaging box or package should be attached with a label indicating the location of the product and the storage period. The quantity per unit package is ≤ 10,000. CB/T13521-92
7.2 The bottle caps must be packed in polyethylene bags first, and the outer layer must be packed in woven bags, cartons or according to user requirements. 7.3 The transportation vehicle must be clean and dry, and prevent rain and snow from invading and product packaging from being damaged during transportation. 7.4 The finished product warehouse should be dry and ventilated, and should not be exposed to corrosive and toxic chemicals during transportation and storage. 7.5 Under the above-mentioned conditions, the shelf life is - years.
