4.3.2 Local slight scratches, spots, pits, embossing and other defects are not allowed to exceed half of the limit deviation of the thickness of the plate and strip. 4.3.3 After polishing and pickling, it is not allowed to have oxidation color that cannot be removed, darkening, redness, local slight oil stains and other defects. 4.4 Overall dimensions
4.4.1 The overall geometric dimensions and limit deviations of the plates and strips shall comply with the provisions in Table 1 and Table 2. 4.4.2 Plates and strips should be straight, and their transverse flatness should not exceed 1/100 of the width. 4.4.3 The side straightness of plates and strips should not exceed 4/1000. 4.4.4 Waves that cannot be eliminated after correction are not allowed to exist. The bevel of the head of the plate and strip should not exceed 5/100. 4.5 Surface roughness
Except for the soft state, the surface roughness R. value of plates and strips should not exceed 1.6um, and the surface roughness R. value of the hour, minute, second hand and dial strip should not exceed 0.8um.
4.6 Metallographic structure
The grain size of the soft strip should not exceed 0.055mm. The grain size will only be carried out when the purchaser has requirements and is specified in the contract. 5 Test method
5.1 Chemical composition
The analysis of chemical composition shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5122. 5.2 Mechanical properties
Hardness test is carried out with Vickers hardness tester or micro Vickers hardness tester in accordance with GB/T4340 or GB/T4342. 5.3 Appearance quality
Appearance quality of plates and strips is checked by visual inspection. 5.4 Overall dimensions
Measurement of geometric dimensions and form and position errors of plates and strips. The thickness is measured with a micrometer with an indication accuracy of 0 at 2mm from the edge, and the flatness is measured with a standard plug and a ruler. The side straightness and the head bevel are measured with a ruler and an angle ruler. 5.5 Surface roughness
Surface roughness is measured with a light cutting microscope. 5.6 Crystalline structure
Grain size test is carried out according to the estimation method of average grain size in copper and copper alloys
6 Inspection rules
.
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The plate and strip shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the standard requirements. 6.1.2 The buyer must complete the inspection and acceptance within two months from the date of receipt. 242
6.2 Batch
QB/T1539-1992
Plate and strip shall be inspected in batches. Each batch shall consist of materials of the same brand, specification and state, and the batch weight shall not exceed 2t. 6.3 Inspection items
Each batch shall be inspected item by item in accordance with Articles 4.1 to 4.6 of the technical requirements. 6.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
6.4.1 During the melting and casting process, the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.2 The buyer shall take one sample from each batch of plate and strip for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.3 Hardness test: Randomly select three sheets (rolls) from each batch, and take one sample from each sheet (roll). 6.4.4 The appearance quality and external dimensions of plates and strips shall be inspected sheet by sheet (roll). 6.5 Repeated test
Even if the test result of one sample fails in each test, double samples shall be taken from the batch to retest the unqualified item. If one sample still fails in the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or the supplier shall inspect each sheet (roll) and the qualified ones shall be individually batched for acceptance. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plates and strips shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8888. Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Clock and Watch Standardization Center. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Clock and Watch Copper Material Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Wu Jinrong, Zhu Zhenhua and Gao Beirong.
