3.1.1 Suction-sweeping road sweeper
A road sweeper that uses a combination of mechanical sweeping and vacuum pneumatic conveying equipment to remove, collect and transport garbage, dust and other dirt on the road.
3.1.2 Pure sweeping road sweeper
A road sweeper that relies solely on sweepers and garbage bins to remove, collect and transport garbage, dust and other dirt on the road. 3.1.3 Pure suction road sweeper
A road sweeper that relies solely on vacuum pneumatic conveying equipment to remove, collect and transport garbage, dust and other dirt on the road. 3.2 Performance parameters
3.2.1 Cleaning width
When the road sweeper is removing and collecting dirt and garbage on the road, the maximum effective working surface width that can be continuously and stably achieved in one operation within the entire calibrated cleaning speed range. 3.2.2 Cleaning speed
When the road sweeper is operating at the specified cleaning width, the cleaning efficiency can reach the driving speed range specified in the product technology. 3.2.3 Cleaning efficiency
The ratio of the weight of dirt and garbage on the road removed by the road sweeper under the test conditions specified in JB/T7304 to the weight of dirt and garbage on the road before the operation, expressed as a percentage. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994

3.2.4 Cleaning capacity

When a road sweeper is performing cleaning operations, the maximum operating area that can be completed per unit time under the premise of achieving the specified cleaning efficiency is equal to the product of the maximum cleaning speed and the cleaning width. 3.2.5 Rated loading weight
The nominal value of the maximum weight of garbage, dust and other dirt that can be transported to ensure that the road sweeper can work reliably. 3.2.6 Effective volume of garbage container
The maximum loading volume that the garbage container can reach when the road sweeper is performing normal operations. 3.2.7 Maximum suction particle size
The equivalent diameter value of the largest volume particle sucked into the garbage container measured by a pure suction or suction-sweeping road sweeper under the test conditions specified in JB/T7304. That is, the maximum particle measured is converted into the diameter of a sphere with equivalent volume. The specified measured particles are gravel or bricks with a density of 1.5~2g/cm.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Road sweepers shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The total weight of a road sweeper with a standardized automobile chassis shall not exceed the total weight of the original automobile chassis, and the full-load axle load distribution and center of gravity height shall comply with the technical conditions of the original automobile chassis. Otherwise, the chassis should be improved and the longitudinal and driving stability of the road sweeper should be calculated to see whether they can meet the use requirements. 4.3 Raw materials should be marked and certified, and sampling and re-inspection should be carried out before use. They can only be used after confirmation of compliance. 4.4 Purchased parts should have a certificate of compliance, and sampling and re-inspection should be carried out by the quality inspection department of the road sweeper manufacturer before use. They can only be assembled and used after confirmation of compliance.
4.5 The dimensions of the vehicle's exterior corridor shall comply with the provisions of GB1589. 4.6 Appearance requirements
4.6.1 The surface of the exposed sheet metal parts of the vehicle shall be flat and free of obvious hammer marks. 4.6.2 The paint coating shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5946. 4.6.3 The welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5943. There shall be no flash or sand on the surface of the castings. All exposed black metal parts and purple parts shall be rust-proofed. The connecting parts and the surrounding parts shall be connected reliably and shall not be loose. The pipelines such as gas, oil, water, and electric circuits shall be firmly clamped, and friction interference between the pipelines and moving parts is not allowed. 4.7 The fuel consumption shall comply with the provisions of JB3352. 4.8 The smoke exhaust degree shall comply with the provisions of GB3843. 4.9 The lighting signals shall comply with the provisions of GB4785. 4.10 The braking performance of the road sweeper shall comply with the provisions of GB7258. The noise outside the road sweeper during acceleration shall comply with the provisions of GB1495, and the noise outside the sweeping operation shall not exceed 88dB (A). 4.11
4.12 The lifting and lowering of the garbage container shall be smooth, and no movement, collision or jamming shall occur, and the garbage shall be emptied completely. 4.13 The garbage container shall not leak sewage or garbage when the road sweeper is in operation. 4.14 Hydraulic system requirements
The layout of the hydraulic system pipeline shall comply with the provisions of GB3766. The cleanliness index (impurity content) of the hydraulic oil of the road sweeper when it leaves the factory shall not exceed 19/16 (particle counting method). The sealing performance test of the hydraulic pipeline shall be carried out at 1.5 times the rated working pressure for 3 minutes. No leakage, local expansion of the pipeline or loose joints are allowed.
4.14.4 The sealing performance test of the hydraulic oil tank shall be carried out under 150kPa air pressure, and there shall be no seepage. 4.15 The minimum ground clearance of the rigid part of the road sweeper shall not be less than 100mm when in transport condition. 4.16 The road sweeper shall be tested according to JB/T7304, and the cleaning efficiency shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 within the entire calibrated cleaning speed range. 2

4.17 The maximum suction particle size (equivalent diameter) of pure suction and suction sweeping sweepers shall not be less than 25mm, and the maximum air flow velocity at the suction port during operation shall not be less than 25m/s.
4.18 On naturally polluted roads, the average dust concentration discharged from the outlet of the dust suction system of pure suction and suction sweeping road sweepers should not exceed 60mg/m\.
4.19 The reliability of road sweepers should meet the following requirements: the sweeping operation should not be less than 500h, the effectiveness should not be less than 80%, a.
The mean time between failures (MTBF) should not be less than 100h. b.
4.20 After the road sweeper is put into use, the first maximum life (80%) working hours should not be less than 4000h. 4.21 The disc-shaped or swivel-shaped sweeping brush of pure sweeping and suction sweeping road sweepers should be able to remove dirt and dust on the road surface without damaging the working road surface.
4.22 The fan or other exhaust device of pure sweeping and suction sweeping road sweepers should be able to operate continuously at the rated speed without abnormal vibration. 4.23 The power take-off mechanism of the fan or other air extraction device of the pure sweeping and suction sweeping road sweepers shall be equipped with a clutch device, which is easy to shift into gear and reliable in positioning. There shall be no automatic shifting out of gear or stuck in gear. 4.24 When the garbage and other dirt in the garbage container reaches the rated capacity (or rated weight), there shall be a device for timely alarm, and the alarm device shall be sensitive and reliable.
4.25 The garbage container shall meet the following requirements; The weld seam of the garbage container shall be flat and uniform, without defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, pores, undercuts, and incomplete penetration: a.
b. The surface of the garbage container shall be flat without obvious unevenness; c. The inner surface of the garbage container shall be treated with anti-corrosion. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 Each product shall be inspected before delivery. It can only be delivered after passing the inspection of the quality inspection department and signing the product certificate. Users can also conduct factory inspection according to this standard (the contents of factory inspection are shown in Table 2). 5.1.2 During the factory inspection, as long as one indicator fails to meet the requirements, the product is considered unqualified. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: New product finalization appraisal or product performance affected by changes in product design, process, or materials: a.
Products that have been finalized are transferred to the factory for production or are produced again after being discontinued for two years: b.
c. Products in normal production are subject to periodic inspection every two years; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. d.
5.2.2 Sampling method for type inspection
In type inspection, the two situations of 5.2.1a and b belong to identification inspection, and a single batch of trial-produced prototypes shall be randomly selected for inspection. 5.2.2. 1
5.2.2.2In type inspection, 5.2.1c belongs to quality consistency inspection, and the products shall be inspected periodically. The base number of road sweepers sampled shall be 20% of the average monthly output of the annual plan of the manufacturer, but shall not be less than 3 vehicles. The sampled products shall be products produced within the past year and accepted by the factory quality inspection department. 5.2.2.3When the national quality supervision agency puts forward type inspection requirements, sampling inspection shall be carried out according to its inspection rules. 5.2.3In type inspection, if one item fails, double sampling shall be carried out from the batch of products, and the item shall be retested. 6.3 Transportation
When the road sweeper is transported by rail, water or road, it should be self-driven or towed as much as possible to get on and off the vehicle or ship. When long-term storage is required, the road sweeper should be parked in a dry, windy, sun-proof and corrosion-resistant place, and inspected regularly to prevent damage. The transportation and storage of the standardized vehicle chassis and main purchased parts should be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the original manufacturer. 6.5 Under the conditions of complying with the storage, transportation and use regulations of this product, within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the product is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality and cannot operate normally, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair (except for wearing parts).
