A1.3 The rail seat surface should not have defects such as sand adhesion, corrosion, oxide scale, and internal defects. A1.4 The rail seat should not have internal defects such as pores, box holes, cavities, and patterns. A1.5 The rail parts must be treated as necessary. A1.6 The missing parts of the rail seat are allowed to have slight casting defects that do not affect the use. The rail seat castings can be repaired quickly without affecting the use and appearance quality and reducing the mechanical properties.
