This standard adopts the international standard IS4675:1990 (1996) 3. With the development of rubber or plastic coated fabrics and the higher requirements of users for product quality, many coated fabrics are used in the manufacture of different products in the industry that need to withstand high temperatures. It is difficult to formulate a test method to check their low temperature performance to meet the needs of manufacturers and users. In order to make product quality more reliable and comparable and meet the needs of domestic and foreign trade, the test principles, test protocols, procedures and relevant provisions specified in this standard are all the same as S(4476:1990(1956). The technical supervision department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China may provide this standard. The main national teaching and rubber products standardization technical committee coating and products sub-technical committee. IS International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a world-class cooperation organization of national standards bodies (ISO). The work of formulating international standards is usually carried out by 1S technical committees. For items that have established technical committees, members of the same body are expected to join the committee. It is also a government and non-governmental international production organization that has links with TS departments! You can also consider the registration of engineering standards, such as in the power plant technical ladder All aspects of standardization, J5C3\International Standard 1. Technical integration (IE) close cooperation, the draft of the national standard adopted by the technical committee shall be sent to the member bodies for voting, and when it is published as an international standard, at least 75% of the member bodies voting are required to vote.
International Standard IS0475 was developed by TSM)/TC15 Rubber and Rubber Products Technical Committee. This first edition cancels and replaces the 1904675:1979, which is the 5th edition after the first edition has been revised by the technical dream. Rubber or Plastic Coated Fabric Low Temperature Test Rubber WARNING: People using this standard should be familiar with the proper working procedures. This standard does not purport to cover all safety problems that may arise from the use of this standard. It is the responsibility of the user to establish appropriate safety and health systems and ensure compliance with national regulations. 1 Scope This standard specifies the test method for determining the protective properties of rubber or plastic coated fabrics by subjecting them to bending at a specified temperature after a certain period of time at low temperatures. This standard is applicable to fabrics with a thickness of G, 100 to 200 m. For materials with a thickness greater than the above, the standard equipment needs to be modified (see 22). This standard is suitable for various plastic molding materials coated fabrics used in different products that require low temperature bending. Technical tests cannot be used as the only standard for judging their performance.

The texts included in the following standards constitute the provisions of the standards by citing them in the technical standards. When this standard is published, the current version is valid. All parties who use this standard should consider the applicability of the latest version of the following standards. After the specimen is conditioned under a certain environment, it should be exposed to a certain time in a specified low-temperature box, and then placed on a suitable device for storage and testing. The test is carried out according to the change test,
4 Storage
4.1 Low temperature and the specimen is frozen in it. Its size should be large enough to accommodate the test equipment and the test chamber, and ensure that the bending test operation can be carried out in the box. The low-temperature box should also have a sufficient working space to ensure that the adjustment of the specimen can meet the requirements of the seventh embodiment, and maintain a low-temperature environment according to the assumed environmental requirements. The box has a cold air or other beneficial gas environment (the tolerance is allowed to be within the range of "1". 4.2 Bend specimen rack: See Figures 1 and 2. The quality, quality, tolerance and size of this rack should comply with the requirements of Figure 2. 4.3 Broken plate: The number of plates should be sufficient to accommodate the adjustment of all specimens, and the thickness should be convenient for taking. The size is 12mx175am4.4 For the cover, when testing in the low-temperature box, the cover should be at the same temperature as the specimen. 5. Test specimens. 3613-1999. Take 3 specimens from the effective width of the sample at the same time. The size of each specimen is 25 mm and 13 mm. Unless otherwise specified, the length of the test specimen can be parallel to the warp of the fabric. 22. 6. The time interval from manufacture to the test is 25 mm. H:/T3613-1999. 6.2 For non-finished products, the time from manufacturing to the inspection should be 1. For the inspection requirements of the comparison, it must be carried out in the same time: ||tt| |6.3 For product acceptance, the time between manufacture and acceptance testing shall not exceed three months, if possible. In other cases, testing shall be completed within two months of the month of receipt of the product. ? Conditioning of Specimens
Prior to testing, the specimens shall be conditioned in the standard flow conditions specified in HG/12867. Procedure
81 Measure the thickness of each specimen in accordance with the provisions of TF/3G5C. Place each conditioned specimen between the test panels (see 4.3). Leave sufficient space between each specimen to allow air to pass during the conditioning process. After conditioning, place the specimens and the assembly to be tested on a flexure rack (see 4.2) and cool (see 4.4) to a low temperature (see 4.1) and, unless otherwise specified, hold at the specified test temperature for 15 minutes. 3.2 After the aging period is completed, remove the specimens one at a time from the masonry panels in the low temperature chamber [see Note below] and place them on a sound rack, which is secured with a pin. The bendable sheet shall be held in the open position, unless otherwise specified - for single and double fabrics, the coating shall be turned away from the axis of the bearing: for double products, except for those with other specifications, any one of them can be evaluated, and the effect can also be evaluated. Before the bending test, the specimen must be touched by hand. If the thickness is greater than 2.2 μm, the pre-test part (G> mass <see Figure 2) must be increased, and the space between the back plate and the bearing axis must be increased to enable the specimen to be inserted. In this case, the test report shall state that the specimen is immediately exposed to the steel nails on the bending contract and the plate is allowed to fall freely: 8. After all the test bars have been tested, they are removed from the incubator and the coating surface is inspected with a 5x microscope to check for any fracture or cracking. When checking, the test specimens are bent in the same direction as the bending direction. 9.1 Depth of cracks If there are cracks, the cracks can be classified according to the following five levels. A) There are cracks on the surface but the above layers are exposed, and the middle or bottom layers are not exposed; B) The cracks penetrate the upper layer but do not penetrate the middle layer or the bottom layer; C) The cracks completely penetrate the fabric material; D) Light cracks. 9.2 Degree of cracks The number of severe cracks is recorded as 10 at most. If the number of cracks exceeds 10 for several days, it is recorded as "more than 10". 9.3 Effective length
Record the length of the most stringent double twist, expressed in mm. The test report
The test report shall include the following information:
) This standard number;
) The standard conditioning environment used (see the attached chapter);
) The thickness of the fabric and the positive force used during the test;
) The temperature of the sample during the test;
) Exposure time:
