Some standard content:

QB/T2419—1998
This standard is a revision of ZBY91017—1990 "ZCQ2~3 Type Knife Roller Grass Cutter". The technical content has been revised as follows: The original ZBY91017—1990 "ZCQ2~3 Type Knife Roller Grass Cutter" only has two models: ZCQ2 (production capacity 4t/h~5t/h) and ZCQ3 (production capacity 7t/h~8t/h). In recent years, the production scale of pulp and paper mills has been continuously expanded, and the production capacity of the original two models of grass cutters can no longer meet the production needs. The grass cutter with a production capacity of 12 t/h~15t/h (ZCQ4) has been trial-produced and the trial effect is good. The ZCQ4 grass cutter product has gradually matured. When revising the industry standard this time, this model will be included in the revised standard. In order to reduce the vibration of the equipment, reduce the noise and improve the working environment, the accuracy level of the shape and position tolerance of the cutter roller shaft has been appropriately improved, and the residual unbalance of the cutter roller rotation has been appropriately reduced.
When the production capacity of the original standard test method is measured, the moisture content of the grass is greater than or less than 20%, and it is converted to 20%. When revising this standard, considering that the production capacity of the grass cutter has a certain range, and the actual measurement cycle of the grass moisture content is relatively long, the grass weight is also calculated by actual weighing. Therefore, the conversion calculation method was cancelled when the standard was revised. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace the professional standard ZBY91017-1990 issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Light Industry Machinery Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Zhenjiang Light Industry Machinery Factory. The main drafter of this standard: Kang Licheng.

5.1 Determination of production capacity
During the measurement, the feeding should be uniform and the thickness should be reasonable. The fodder should be relatively neat. Weigh 1t~2t of fodder and calculate the production capacity according to formula (1). G
Where: Q-
Production capacity, t/h;
G——Forage weight, t;
T.-Actual cutting time, min.
5.2 Determination of grass piece qualified rate
QB/T 2419—1998
5.2.1 The determination of grass piece qualified rate is carried out in the same way as the determination of production capacity. The manual sorting method is adopted. 5.2.2 Samples are taken twice within 5min to 10min after the actual cutting begins. The mass of each sample is about 2kg. The samples are measured with a scale with a resolution of no more than 5g. The grass piece qualified rate is calculated according to formula (2). Where: h—grass piece qualified rate, %;
G,——qualified grass piece mass, kg;
G--sampled grass piece mass, kg.
G×100
5.3 Circular runout and straightness are tested in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T1958. 5.4 Surface roughness is tested with a comparison sample. 5.5 The residual unbalance is measured at the maximum outer edge of the workpiece using a guide rail static balance frame. 5.6 Idle running test
5.6.1 The cutting part is idle for 1 hour. During the test, the feed conveyor and feeding part are not connected, and the discharge conveyor belt is not installed. 5.6.2 Noise is measured using a sound level meter with an accuracy of 1.0 in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16769. (2)
5.6.3 The bearing temperature and temperature rise are measured three times on the bearing surface using a surface thermometer with an allowable error of ±3°C. The maximum value measured is the bearing temperature, and the average value of the three measured temperatures minus the room temperature is the bearing temperature rise. 5.7 The length of the grass blade is measured with a ruler.
5.8 The speed is measured using a tachometer with a resolution of 1r/min. 5.9 Visual inspection is used for appearance quality.
5.10 Inspection of electrical system
Self-test and electrical measuring instruments and meters (such as microresistance tester, 500V megohmmeter, withstand voltage tester with power of 500VA or above, etc., the accuracy of which should not be less than 0.5 level) are used for inspection. 6 Inspection rules
